I dont think Rogue had a female best friend. She does have good bijna with Northstar, Cannonall and Iceman though.

Lots of really good ones but Wolverine/Nightcrawler will always be my favorite. I loved that House of X gave them a great moment together in the attack on the Orchid facility

Emma is a softie almost Mystique betrayer.
She Can lure or lie to the XMEN but she will never kill them. even when she was whacko (a.k.a make IVX non cannon) their targets werent them. she never killed the O5 when she trap them. MAN she reinversed Havok after Polaris ask her. and she was Magneto's target.
You can semi-trust Emma Frost but she has never sell herself as a saint. so Good for her.
