We'll probably find out when Young Justice #1 comes out.
Yes. Bendis has been working on the concept and ideas of YJ since late 2017, so he prob requested that Tim be out of the books until YJ.
Off topic a bit, but I think its great shelving characters rather than have them in a book aimlessly doing nothing.
He is traveling the country with Steph.
Hopefully being decontaminated to get the Tynion off him.
I figured that Tim's story was part of whatever John's bigger plan for the DCU was, and since his role has changed, that story has been dropped.
