Figuring out how to break this down was tough but I decided to do the 50 states in order of population and go from there.
That is an odd grouping. Georgia is my home state.

I had to look very hard to find that Connecticut (one of the original 13 colonies / located in the Northeast between New York City and Boston / part of New England) was lumped with
Kentucky, Oregon, Oklahoma, Connecticut or Utah
I went in a number of directions but ended up here. I was also hell-bent on using all 15 categories which made it more complicated.
I probably would have gone with regions myself. 'm from Wisconsin. Was also baffled to see my state together with the completely unrelated states of Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri and Maryland.
" " is right.
you might be on the wrong earth, Air Wave :p

(And for my group, Kentucky is probably the closest one to Connecticut; forget Oregon and Utah!)

True enough; at least Wisconsin is only two states away from Indiana!
Is this Earth 4?
I considered doing regions but then I thought even if I listed every state in each one we'd get into arguments about what belonged where.

Yeah I know. I just kept going in circles and got sick of it and ended up where I did. But just think of all the new friends you're making in other places!
We have an OTHER. Where are you from, Other?
