It’s the 1 year anniversary of Invincible’s final issue!

Man, it felt like it wasn’t that long ago. What was your favorite part of the final issue? Mine this panel:

Best comeback I have ever seen in a comic.

I really miss this book! I know they are supposed to be working on other projects like a movie, etc, but I really hope Kirkman brings the book back at some point.

Never should have ended imo. Though I do feel it was faltering for a few years.

I'm still debating with myself whether to buy the deluxes or even the compendiums(I love hardcovers for some reason). I jumped onto the Invincible bandwagon last year January, before the final issue. For a series that ran 144 issues I never felt like it waned or dragged on longer than it should have. If anything I feel like it could go on, perhaps with Mark's daughter as the led protagonist. Maybe someday Kirkman will feel inspired to continue.

I’m new to Invincible. Just picked up all three compendiums on Comixology for $65. I was watching a trade paperback (my favorite format) lot on eBay that was a good price, but $65 for everything seems too good to pass up on.

Just read issue 1, and I’m looking forward to the rest of the series.
