Oh yeah, would be funny if this boils down to Batman vs Joker. We don't have enough of those yet.
So you’re saying Hal may just mind whammy him instead of turning him?
Well, Crucifer bit Supes, but skipped to mind whammy since he couldn't turn him. Then Crucifer forced Supes to try to capture WW.
that said... return of Crucifer might be good.
Boo I was hoping to see Zatanna kill Constantine
There's still hope yet.
Yeah, I hope it's someone different.
Seriously, if I see vampire Darkseid as the big bad, that would be the ultimate cop out. It's like they always think they can't raise the stakes for all the heroes unless Darkseid is involved, be it out of continuity or not.
So are we going to talk about the hilarious fact that a Vampire Gorilla Grodd jumped out a window and turned into a Bat?
I did enjoy the Bruce and Ollie interactions.
I love the Batfam; I hate this is bat-centric primarily in terms of non-turned characters. But there are eight more issues, and we seem to be crossing into the supernatural parts of the DCU so hopefully we get some fun cameos.
There's something off with Nightwing and Batgirl, probably just the writing but I've had the feeling that one of them is turned and is playing a long game.
Diana would've been interesting in this kind of setting I feel like she got turned too early if she even should've at all. Either that or take all the major Leaguers off the table but sales ig.
Zatanna went out just as quickly as Barry.
Since Martian Manhunter is with the League in the end, I hope they acknowledge why he didn't know who the vampires were.
Batman being the lone survivor of the Trinity? How original.
In hindsight, that really was one of the actual legitimate shocking things about DCeased; the fact that Batman was one of the first heroes taken off the table. We grew so accustomed to Batman being the focal point of stories like this, it was actually a twist that he got taken out early. Shame this story is reverting back to the tried and true though.

Darkseid is above vampirism. That wouldn’t effect him. Also it would make no sense. He could just invade with his armies.
Sure he gave tech to Intergang in the past and he’s done things to destabilize earth but this is 100% not him
if Batman and Green Arrow win this fight DC has officially taken the reigns as the street level Universe over Marvel

I shouldn't be surprised the moment Constantine showed up.

Actually Constantine didn't do it, Doctor Fate did.

With an assist from Constantine.
With an assist from Constantine.
It seemed more like Constantine just wanted Zee not to kill anyone, he seemed pretty pretty upset with Fate when he set Zatanna Ablaze
