wellllll that puts an end to my theory. I guess the whole team can't wear matching masks to boost morale when Headless Chicken doesnt even have a face...
Please comment bellow with your latest House of X theories:
I have none, actually.
I'm delightfully waiting to see what HiX-Man brings with anticipation and absolutely no expectations. It will unfold as he dictates and either I will Love it, hate it or be apathetic.
Literally no Emma fans have ever said that ever.
I love how you think Jean and Emma interacting like actual functioning adults, and not Jean just psi-blasting Emma into a million pieces is them being "best friends".
I also don't get how Jean was OOC here. Perhaps a little on edge, but no one is more aware of what happens when someone is grossly unprepared to host the Phoenix, and Jeen was spending the whole solo running away from dealing with it. More importantly, whenever things do go badly with the Phoenix, the one person who can do something about it conclusively is Jean, and this was a case where she would be unable to really help if Jeen went dark.
yeah but she was a flat out bitch. Thats not who Jean Grey is and why so many of us found her to be OOC. Jean talked to Teen, the way one would expect her to talk to the likes of Emma or Sinister, not a teenage version of herself. There was nothing empathetic or warm about her personality and Hopeless didnt seem to get the character by removing this core aspect of it from her

All of this. Plus Hopeless writes all his teenage characters as these insufferable whiny brats, which again did not feel like Jeen either from her runs with Lemire and Bendis. I really disliked almost everything about the Jean Grey series EXCEPT for Emma who I thought was fab in it.

I found her to be frustrated, and more than a little irritated at how Jeen wasn't taking what she was saying seriously, but I never felt she was "bitchy".
I also don't get this idea of Jean and Emma being friendly. They clearly disliked each other, and made it clear that the only reason they were working together is because the entire planet was at stake.

and that goes back to Hopeless writing a horrible Teen Jean. She was such an obnoxious brat in a way that she wasnt under Bendis, Lemire or even Bunn. I guess Id be frustrated by her too. Hopeless had them both written poorly to justify the tension between them which shouldnt have existed

People complained all throughout Bendis' run that Jeen was an insufferable whiny brat and regularly complained about her abuses of power whenever things didn't go her way.

I love Honey Bunn, but I'll take an actual teenager over the bot who goes on about psychic rapports anytime.

I don't know why it is so hard to people admit that Hopeless doesn't like Adult Jean. .It's like other day that I posted prints and people didn't wanted to believe.
Jean from Hopeless has nothing to do with original Jean, no wonder no one referenced the awful solo.

Bendis was actually simpatic, a lot of things were threw on her in one go. Bendis did a better job maturing her over his run

No wonder I see this referenced a lot more on Emma fans, I mean only referenced on Emma fans. Maybe Hopeless should had written a Emma solo and let Jean for someone that actually likes the character

Emma fans are really think they should be friends on twitter and that everything should be alright because of it.
Jean was completely OOC. Jean is specialist on Phoenix, why would she needs Emma help on anything?
I don't doubt that Hopeless likes Jean. But I still mostly dislike his version of her. It happens sometimes. Guggs worshipped Kitty and he ended up writing the most obnoxious version of her. Sometimes being a fan is not enough.
He is not a big fan, he is clearly more of a emma guy. Himself said it
I don't know why I have to put faith on Hickman that is basically a Emma guy

And yet again, here we are with you claiming that because the writer didn't write Jean exactly as YOU want them to, they obviously hate the character and wrote an entire solo for them just to presumably taunt Jean fans. Because that is totally what multi-billion dollar corporations do: infuriate their fanbase for no better reason than "teh lolz" like their a bunch of internet trolls on 4chan or something.
It is telling that the only writer you've said writes Jean well is Taylor, who wrote her as a completely flawless saint with absolutely zero problems or issues of any kind whatsoever that the entire world needed to revolve around. Which meant taking one of the most dangerous characters in the history of the X-Men and have her do... absolutely nothing of note when she could have easily killed every relevant person on the planet without leaving her sofa.
EDIT: She didn't need Emma's help. She just needed the Phoenix fragment Emma had kept. Afterwards, she needed Emma's help to save Jeen's life because as a ghost there wasn't a way for her to get Jeen to a hospital. Again, I don't see where Jean is being OOC, unless you think it would be in character to kill Emma and let Jeen burn to death, followed by a Phoenix apocalypse.
EDIT2: So you actually legit believe that because Hickman likes Emma, he's just going to throw Jean in the toilet? Wow... just... wow...

Your first mistake is taking anything or anyone from Twitter seriously or giving them the time of day.
Your life would be less stressful if you just went with the flow and accept that not every run with your favorite character is going to be good or to your liking. Unless, of course, you enjoying being angry all the time. In that case:

It's not like marvel doesn't like to screw over fans, Brevort even says that outrage sells. On Jean solo seems like it wasn't the case.
It's not about how I want Jean to be written but how she should be written. Hopeless was disrespectiful. He pulled all haters argument on jean and she said nothing on her defense. It was brutal

Majority of readers liked it, even people who weren't fans. Taylor wrote a competent Jean, that took initiative. Oh she hadn't flaws because writer didn't made her suffer or wrote her like crazy like Hopeless did? Jean can't win for a change? I saw Jean being beat down for years, it was time Jean won something.

Oh well, Jean plans almost killed Jeen and Emma was all about how Jean was irresponsible. Jean should know better how to deal with the Phoenix

1) Taylor didn't write a competent Jean, he wrote a Jean with no flaws or problems to overcome whatsoever. Including having one of the most ruthless villains in the series patiently wait in her doom fortress to let Jean call in reinforcements and arm everyone with anti-telepathy armor. I don't know why a Jean fan would like that. It's a combo of patronizing and insulting.
2) Jean had a reasonable plan. Of course Emma was going to taunt her about it backfiring, but Jean was more focused on the current status than getting in a catfight. Ignoring Emma and keeping her attention where it needed to be is EXACTLY what Jean does.
3) Jean has been on almost every single piece of promotional material. Not just on it, but front and center. There are fans that should be worried based on what we have seen. Fans of a good Charles, fans of Magneto, fans of Rachel, fans of Bishop, and yes, fans of Emma. But I'm not sure what more Marvel could do to convince you.

Don't forget Storm, she has suffered the most, she is fodder since IvX and hasn't appeared in much of the Hickman promos. I love Jean but Storm is in way bigger danger than her.

Bendis' Jean wasn't nearly as whiny and bratty as Hopeless. People who didn't like her said she was because of her "abuses of power" and the way she wanted to stay on the future and change things. But her actual personality and voice were fine.

I've found Twitter fandom to be a better gauge of many things than what critics say, what "hardcore fans" say, etc. A lot of cases of people being angry get written off as "over-reaction," making things up, or "wanting to be mad," but my experience is that those tend to be just a means of brushing off complaints instead of taking the time to look deeper into them.
Disclaimer: none of the above is stating a position any which way on the very specific topic being talked about right here. I haven't read enough of it, and probably don't have enough info on the history with Jean and Emma anyway, to really weigh in on this one. My comment above is about Twitter matters in general.
There's a reason people that work at Marvel feel like being on Twitter, and further, why they use it to discuss their work.
