so here are my dream Titans
Titans 2020: a Titan team of young sidekick adjudicate heroes from now, aged up to a version of themselves entering Justice League level crimefighting and carving their superhero careers.

Black Bat (Cassandra Cain) - Cass graduates from Orphan and Batgirl to become Black Bat. She's the teams combat and assault specialist
XS* (Wallace West) - Wallace graduates from Kid Flash to something eventually but iunno what he could be. new XS? I guess? anyway he's 1 half of the scout unit.
The Manta (Kaldur'ahm Hyde) Jackson starts embracing his roots, taking his Atlantian name and the codename The Manta. he is the other half of the scout unit, obviously he's specialized in aquatic missions.
Signal (Duke Thomas) - an older Duke who's branching out from the Batfamily as Snyder pitched before. he's developed his photokinesis/umbrakinesis in conjunction with technology as the surveillance and stealth specialist of the team; also the resident detective.
Oracle (Harper Row) - Harper has long given up being a costumed hero but as Oracle she gets to help in a different way. she's the brains, she runs field operations, works the gadgets, gathers the intel. she's Q/the guy in the chair.
Changeling (Garfield Logan) - Gar is the elder statesman of the team and acting leader until one of the newbies arises to fill the position. he's the infiltration specialist via his now even more advanced shapechanging abilities. I imagine this is a top tier Justice League-level Gar, he's an accomplished hero many times over and a veteran Guardian of the Red.
Superman (Jon Kent) - Jon is starting his career as the next Superman and is part of the team as a fasttrack to the Justice League.
the Titans have a heavier emphasis on finesse and nuanced crimefighting. they will not stray away from fighting systemic problems and challenging the status quo, so their missions often lead to more clandestine and possibly even morally grey territory at times but they get the job done. ultimately it's about them learning to be the best heroes of today to become the legends of tomorrow.

Titans:
Nightwing
Wally
Donna
Cyborg
Gar
Raven
Garth
Starfire
I don't know if I'd even have a Teen Titans. YJ4 I liked better as YJ, though I do like Conner's TT look better. Damian just is not a team orientated person imho. Maybe better suited as an Outsider.
-
Titans East:
Nightwing
Starfire
Raven
Donna Troy
Tempest(Garth)
Arsenal
Robin(Damian Wayne)
Titans West:
Drake
Wonder Girl( Cassie)
Impulse
Superboy
Ms. Martian
Kid Devil/ Red Devil
Ravager
Aqualad(Jackson/ Kaldur)
Titans Unlimited
Cyborg
Beast Boy
Terra
Kid Flash( Wallace)
Lightning( Jennifer Pierce, DC bring back Black Lighting's kids!!!)
Supergirl
Lilith, Bumblebee and Powergirl (Tanya Spears) act as support staff for this team. Bumblebee and Powergirl provide extra tech, while Lilith serves as team shrink.
Roundhouse is an alternate member.
^They're not going to have both Wonder Girls on the same team.
Also, there's two Impulses. I assume you mean Bart and not Irey?
It's more a team made up of mentors and sidekicks. Donna is Cassie's mentor on the team. Wally is Impulse's mentor. The "original" team would be rotating in and out as needed.
I adored the Wolfman+Perez crew. Even so, The Fab 5 (plus friends) will always be The Real Teen Titans to me.

Something about this team just really captured my imagination as a kid... :D

XS* (Wallace West) - Wallace graduates from Kid Flash to something eventually but iunno what he could be. new XS? I guess? anyway he's 1 half of the scout unit.
You know, since Jenni lives in the 30th century, it's always been odd that she had a unique codename at all. Shouldn't she just be the Flash of her era? Why don't any Legionnaires have the same names as 20th/21st century heroes? In any case, there's certainly nothing stopping a new XS existing.

yeah, having him take on XS was my safe option and a nice homage to the previous most notable (I think only) black speedster and it could be retconned that Jenni took the name from Wallace, creating a nice little familial connection. my other choice was tweaking his powers a bit and going differiating him through that route but I don't think DC fans (as much as they complain about Wallace) would be down for speedsters doing anything but using the speedforce to run.

It always surprised me that there were Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Arrow and Flash legacies, and then, with Conner and Miss Martian, legacies for Superman and Martian Manhunter, but it took them this long to make a 'Teen Lantern.'
(Although Jade could count, but I never really saw the Infinity, Inc. crew as being all that young...)
These days, almost everybody's got a Titan's legacy, it seems. There's a Blue Beetle, Red Devil, Bombshell, an Atom, Zachary Zatanna, etc. (Even Golden Eagle, from back in the day.)
I wouldn't mind seeing a Titans lineup composed entirely of *non* legacies.
Bunker
Bumblebee
Changeling
Empress
Raven
Starfire
Static
Wonder Twins
Or one that's crawling *with* legacies, and multiple copies of some, like a team with Arsenal, Artemis *and* Arrowette.
I've seen all the Bat-kids together, or even groupings of multiple speedsters, but it would be neat to see some organic reason why all of the various teen archers might get together, or why Cassie and Donna might end up fighting side by side, or the Aquapeeps (Jackson/Kaldur, Garth, Lorena).

First off, I like your team line up (fellow Wonder Twins user, yeah!). Second, I like your ideas on various types of legacy teams.
I think it’s neat when you have two (or even three) characters like that in a line up. That’s ballsy team building right there!
I *LOVE* this line-up!
And I love that you love it!
Thanks, edpower. I figured this wouldn’t be a popular line up, but I was (mostly) going for characters who hadn’t been on the team before. Now where’s yours, man??? :D
