Nah. They're into killing themselves too much.

LoveloveLOVE this preview and art. Vita seemed to have stepped up the pace...at least from a first glance.

Marvel should have stuck with the team supreme.

Doug, Cable, Moira, who doesn't have a TO arm now?
Hellion, obv, has one for a right hand. We just haven't seen him enough to realize he's upgraded to techno-organic. (The left one is mysterium, for punching Voldemort, if he shows up to threaten Krakoa.)
Really? Have you seen that hideous Wolfsbane?
Man that Wolfsbane would scare away Hrimari and Hela;)
Do we know how many issues the current Illyana centered arc is expected to be?

4. It's from issue 25 until issue 28. Issue 29 is going to be a 1-shot by a different creative team and then Ayala will come back for a new arc with issue 30. Ayala has said it was originally supposed to be 5 issues but it got paired back to 4 with about 15 extra pages added to the first issue to compensate.

Is Maddie's arc in New Mutants only up to issue 28 too?

Presumably. It's possible she'll continue to be a recurring character after The Labors of Magik ends in July, but there's nothing to suggest she'll be sticking around the X-books, let alone New Mutants. We'll see when the solicits for September come out. This story about whether she will become the ruler of Limbo ends with issue 28.

They probably had to free Maddie up sooner rather than later for whatever Wells is doing with her and Ben Reilly.

If things had kept on schedule this storyarc would have finished last month, instead now we've only just had the first issue.
