I'm fairly positive this is not the first time you theorized her death in the last year or two. was it civil war 2

I'd say her usage in Iron Man and Agents of Wakanda safeguards Janet's immediate future. Whoever's dead is probably someone who's been in limbo for a while.

also the fact that her latest death is still relatively recent

damn teddy king of the kree/skrull empire for one issue and you're already flashing the avengers, calm down son
I'm not entirely convinced that's Hulkling, but it could be, judging by the arms. If it's him, I don't think he's the threat, but he's probably involved in whatever chaos the threat is causing. Which is likely some Kree/Skrull conflict.
Also, seriously, Marvel? When they finally get someone to draw Jen with a decent looking body, they put her on this godawful outfit? Ugh.
Again? Didn’t we just do this with Original Sin?

Why don't you go back and check? I didn't say Jan dying was a good thing. Why do you think that I hate Pym so much for beating her up?
also the fact that her latest death is still relatively recent
She didn't die. She was stranded in the microverse.
She didn't die. She was stranded in the microverse.
That's kinda irrelevant, seeing as up until that was revealed, she was treated as and believed to be dead. Comic book deaths are reversed by revealing the character wasn't dead after all fairly often, but they still function as deaths from a pub
I don’t think this is a crossover, at least not from how Cebulski and Brevoort pitched it at their D23 panel. “Incoming” is supposed to be a one-shot featuring a roster of creators previewing what’s to come in 2020. They described it as an editorial undertaking similar to Marvel #1000 and 1001. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just a collection of totally unrelated stories, Hickman likely contributing this X-Men one, and maybe some kind of loose framing device that won’t really matter where the X-Books are concerned.
I feel like this could honestly just be the new Starbrand.
what if ted is the new starbrand and that's how they fix his crappy codename :GalaxyBrain:
Who would want to kill Forbrush Man?

The solicits say the new Starbrand is in a space jail.
Clearly, it's Xavin.

gdi
at least any joke we could come up with for who it is would be unironically better than kevin
OK, so if it is Teddy and this is a Kree invasion, then thay ties into the theory that the X-Men are looking for an alliance with the Kree, which would suck for the Avengers.
