The Tim Burton movie named him Jack Napier, but the comics have always kept it vague. Pretty much every version suggests that he was already involved in criminal acts before falling in vat of acid.
I actually like the fact that DC has never given him a definite origin. Not knowing the rest of his backstory makes him more mysterious.
The killing joke had him coerced as a possiblity.

Is Vandal Savage the same Cain responsible for murdering his brother Abel?
What is the reasoning to constantly change Clayface's weaknesses?

Why was Elijah get taken to heaven by God while still alive?
Were any of the letters sent to Police sent by the murderer Jack the Ripper?
It is a dumb conspiracy theory because the motivations behind it make no sense, nor do the reactions of any of the participants. It's one of the worst JFK conspiracy theories I have ever heard.
Stonehenge is now widely accepted to be a religious site. And it's clear from all the bodies there that it was some kind of burial ground. Other theories about it, like ancient aliens, are fringe and unlikely.
Fine I'm wrong thst he was working for the Cuban Government but still assassinated JFK for the main purpose to prove his loyalty to Fidel Castro and get a visa which President Castro could influence others to give to him.
Widely accepted is close to conclusive but still isnt conclusive.
What exactly did Kenneth Arnold see in the sky?

No, that Cain is the one from Sandman/House of Mystery.
Because there are about ten different Clayfaces.
Bible is weird.
No way to know if those letters were really from the murderer.

No it was done by God who is beyond the capacity of humans to fully understand since they have finite minds.
Really if it ever got discovered the identity of the murderer combined with able to see any other handwriting from the person on papers those could be analyzed showing why 1 or several letters were from the murderer.
So I'll disagree with you completely.

If God exists, which is another unanswered question.
The identity of the Ripper is a bigger unanswered question than who wrote the letters, though. Yeah, if we knew who Jack the Ripper was we could determine if the letters are fake. Of course. But we don't, so we can't.

Not really there is evidence God exists yet it's not what most persons want with physical evidence by showing himself visibly to a human.
That was in response to there is no way at all.

Movie: The Dark Knight Rises
How the hell did Bruce Wayne get back to Gotham City with no passport, driver's license and any visible form of identification?
Also how the hell does he get back into Gotham City when it's sealed off?
Also how the hell did someone create the Batman symbol on the bridge without being noticed by the mercenaries?

Plus showing that would have made the movie longer but they could have cut some Bane monologue to make time for travel/disguise/money stuff

Batman has a wide network of friends and mentors around the world that would help him on the QT. It's how he learned all of his skills.
He snuck in. Maybe he did one of those HALO jumps, that would make sense.
That's a bit of creative license. It doesn't really make sense that he would do that, but it looks cool so they put it in anyway.
