Mike Pence ; The Saddest Guy in Washington

Mike Pence sits as Vice President and at times is more known for looking at Donald Trump trying to not look puzzled at what his boss will say on TV. Its a hard job as we know as Pence really should win an award for how he keeps a straight face at times. Because quite frankly the guy comically has to keep that face on as Trump brags about how he's gonna take all the blame for shutting down government or proclaims how stupid the US Intelligence is.

For Mike Pence he has to be sitting thinking , come on for fucks sake and get this guy on something. Its been 2+ years. I should be President by now and be called President Pence at this rate. Instead I gotta stand behind this guy as he literally can't fucking string a coherent sentence at times together. Yet for some unknown reason Republicans in Congress won't even remove this dude . Does he really have golden nuts to use on his golden toilet on why they can't remove him and make me President ?

For Pence it has to be torture really. He likely took the job thinking he'd be put in charge within a year due to what a boss he had in Trump. I mean the guy literally had numerous bankruptcies and investigations. I'm sure Mike Pence was sitting thinking ; well I'll be President within a year and Republicans will be glad to hand a sane person power. Instead he never counted on how stupid that party is in Congress or how long they seem to want to accept someone as long as he does their bidding well. (Never mind Pence could have done it himself)

Instead Pence has to watch as Trump praises dictators from North Korea ; spends millions taking weekly trips to his resort and again brag about government shut downs. All while he has to wonder ...WHAT THE ACTUAL **** DOES HE HAVE TO DO HERE ? At this stage Pence has to be depressed at the thought he pretty much has to stand behind Trump and look on with support as he thinks , man If only I had this job.

Can you imagine the depression you'd have if your Mike Pence ? Because think about being a worker who is more together than your lazy boss above you. Said boss can be a complete **** up and yet the folks who are above believe ; well he maybe a **** up but we need that guy. As someone who worked for a company years ago...I saw this in action. Anyhow for Pence its gotta be depressing to think about.

Hell Mike Pence can't even put in any actual legislation where he can hurt folks either. He's likely , **** I could be torturing a part of society if I was President and yet here I am forced to sit behind someone. So we won't see that anytime soon or comparisons beyond Pence looking like he wants to ban the X-Men !

SuperE brought up a valid point. Red Grant could do all the nasty **** to the country and the people just as effectively as Trump, but without all the crazy sauce. I can only guess the GOP is collectively afraid of Trump and his followers and how both could react if the Orange Menace were to be jettisoned.

This thread just gave me belly-aches of laughs because of the faces and the Mutant Registration Laws!

But seriously, it does look like that! These are dangerous times.

As our former governor of Indiana, I have no pity for him at all. There was a serious lead contamination issue in Northern Indiana that should have been declared an emergency but he was too busy campaigning in the 2016 election. He delayed making a decision until December of 2016 and then turned down the request. His successor (also GOP) reversed that decision when he came into office. Most of the time Republican governors don't want to do anything for the Northern section of Indiana that primarily votes Democratic anyway.

On top of that, Red Grant was all in on that bogus "gay conversion" therapy nonsense that probably put lives in peril rather than helped them.

No....Pence just sort of looks like Red Grant. But Pence looks dimwitted and befuddled most of the time, not dangerous like Robert Shaw did in From Russia With Love.
