This is one iteration of the Avengers villain called The Lethal Legion. The pink one is Arthur Park, a.k.a. the Living Laser. He's historically been an Iron Man villain and has total control over his molecules and can move at the speed of light. The grey guy is a Thor villain named Grey Gargoyle; he can turn people into stone. The green helmeted one is Whirlwind, who has the ability to create deadly wind cycles as well as spin himself. The leader, the guy with the monocle, is named Count Nefaria - major Avengers level threat and energy vampire.
Hope that helps!

True! I'm surprised these guys are showing up in ASM to begin with; I thought Spencer would go for more Spider-Man villains instead.

Funny enough, Nefaria did square off against (a) Spider-Man, namely Otto Octavius/Superior Octopus (before he reverted to Superior Spider-Man).
Whirlwind is a Giant Man villain for those who don't know.

Last I recall reading, but maybe not his last appearance overall.
