Savage Hearts, romance, adventure, wild imaginative fantasy

Just finished a re-read of Savage Hearts, {Dark Horse comics) and very much enjoyed it a second time through. Unlikely characters, a muscular, take-charge, no-nonsense woman as lead character in a rescue of a young lad lost in the forests, a fey, satyr-like man often in need of rescue himself, though with resources of his own, enamored of his female partner, lush artwork and often clever dialogue. A fun and clever good time in five issues.
