Some Maddie promo art
I knew Rod Reis would bring the Hawtness!!! LOVE
I really liked the fun call-back to the mail-box scene in Inferno but I'm not sold on Maddie appearing in another franchise outside the XM/NM not just yet. (And yes, Romita Jr. could have done better with her costume)

LOL I read that as "porno" art... although it's pretty much the same thing really.
Somethings are not going to happen. We won’t see the return of Outback Maddie. She’s bs knas the Goblin Queen!
you might be right for right now because Hickman poached all the best X-men villains and made them X-Men so the franchise needs apex villains way more than a redeemed ex-x-man. Now it seems that some of the arch villains are returning to their villanous ways maybe she can return to her outback Maddy ways some day. X-books are well known for redeeming their villains.

Madelyne taking over Limbo doesn’t mean she has to remain evil. They give a number of former villains prominent roles in the QC. QC membership changes. I can see there being a reconciliation between Maddie and others and her joining the QC.
But here’s no way she’s going back to Outback Maddy. The reason Sym was able to turn her into the Goblin Queen is because she did not want to be in the Outback. She was hiding out with the XMen due to Sinister’s Marauders trying to kill her. But she got her revenge on them after torturing them and enslaving them in the early issues of Hellion.
Outback Maddie has no control over her fate. When she realize what power she has because of the demons, it’s what made her become the Goblin Queen. She would never want to be damsel in distress again.
She was even pisses at the QC for not genuinely bringing her back and for only bringing her back because of Alex, as she had no long term interest in him.

I hope Maddie helps Magik get her soul sword back, not to become a hero but to have a nice development... A character who basically just suffers

She does raise a valid point.

IMHO the reason S'ym could trick Madelyne was that she was in a state of shock and anguish from seeing her husband with Jean Grey--and from the experience of having her very identity stripped away. Besides, S'ym's arguments were plausible. "Hey, if you can't indulge your wildest fantasies in a dream, then where?" Also, S'ym had recently become tecno-organic in a deal with Warlock's father; it wouldn't surprise me if he'd manipulated the computer to make Maddie see Scott with Jean when the X-Men were away on a mission, and nobody was there to comfort her.

Does Maddie have the magic skills?

Its appears so, she has some of jean powers.
-
At least Vita and Rod are elevating another of my other favourite ex X-villain. Maddie was beauty-full throughout this issue. (I know I have to be thankful to Wells for bringing her back into the spotlight but whatever he's planning for her in Dark Web over at Spiderman I want no part there-of.)
She does raise a valid point.
Yes she does. Vita's writing and characterisation are thoughtful.

Dani and Rhane have equally valid point just because someone has been given a clean slate doesn't mean they can be trusted with rulership of a hell dimension. Maddy has to prove herself.

All of Jean’s powers, plus very good magical skills gained from demons in Limbo and being trained by Selene.
