Cool, thanks for posting.
I haven't seen Sauron since Betsy kicked his ass in Bunncanny.

This thread is blatant Jeff the land shark erasure and I won’t stand for it. :p

That's Black Mamba. She's been both villain and hero on occasion, although she tends to fall more often into the villain category. Best known as a member of the Serpent Society as well as part of the BAD Girls mercenary group. She has the power to use Darkforce to create images of her target's fantasies or loved ones--which are usually used as bait or distraction while the Darkforce then attacks them.

So female Fantomex?
So female Fantomex?
I wouldn't describe her that way, no -- but I do see where you'd get that.
I wonder how she's going to get involved with this series. She doesn't tend to have a lot of run-ins with the X-Men, although she's crossed paths with a few members and X-related characters here and there (Deadpool most frequently).
Last time the X-books saw Black Mamba was with X-Force (previous volume). Black Mamba was an assassin for hire and was recruited by the Assassins Guild. You know, those who come back every Gambit solo story usually, well this time they came in battle with X-Force. She fought against Domino, who wounded her with a gunshot. Then Black Mamba went after X-23 who stabbed her in the chest, seemingly fatally wounding her. Almost dying of those wounds, she was healed by Elixir.
That was a fun little 3-part mini series with some incredible Gabriele Dell’Otto artwork. X-Force: Sex & Violence.
