Let's not forget Isis!
Next they'll revisit this. And bring in all the comedic villains?

Lynda Carter WW?
Knight Rider, if only for the KITT vs. Batmobile scene you've all never considered, but now really want to see. ( :
Fred Flinstone.

Damn you, want to see now!
Although also not from the same time; How about 66 Batman the Tick.
Or would West & Warburton combo be to much awesome to contain in one universe.
Also Batman/Batmanuel might be like Matter/Antimatter coming together.
Unless the hero was on tv during the same time as the Batman series, I prefer NONE.
Green Hornet works because that connection was already established on the show. Any other hero would disrupt (for me, anyway) seeing the comic series as a continuation of the tv series.

Did I mention Addams Family? Like Green Hornet they were on tv the same time as Batman, and Lurch (and theme) actually appeared on Batman, making them canon in that universe.
Also besides Lurch's actual Addams cameo, both lead Addams actors John Astin (Gomez) & Carolyn Jones (Morticia) played villains on Batman.

Another possible crossover TV franchise that would actually fit the 66 theme, time frame and style of the book, would be Star Trek.
“Alexander the Great” not withstanding, a scene where Adam West and William Shatner ham it up and try to outdo their scenery chewing, would be tremendous!

Likewise Khan (Montalbán) and Joker (Romero) can switch places (by way of transport mixup) and each wreak havoc in the other's place.
Or Gorshin Ridller and that half-face alien.
I concur with the Batman '66/ Star Trek thing.
Electric company's spider-man with Morgan Freeman. Haha !

Pretty much agree with this^
Another "hero" show on tv at the same time as Batman 66 was Ultraman!

Wayne & Grayson visiting Japan and teaming up with Shin Hayata for a bit of giant monster action would be great!
It's how they envisioned him then anyway...

And although not possible on TV at the time, the comic can have the 66 Batmobile transforming into a nuclear engine powered Mecha!
Even as just an excuse to design that thing, would be worth it.
Others, keeping them in the right time-frame, if they would consider a globe trotting Bruce Wayne would be Batman 66 meets El Santo!

Who by the time the 66 Batman movie came out, was already part of a huge comic and movie franchise- http://eepsden.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/santo_vs_vampire_women_poster_02.jpg
Since they got Kevin Smith to write the Green Hornet crossover, get Robert Rodriguez or Guillermo del Toro to write the El Santo crossover, They'd probably be all over it and write a killer story!
Then get Tarantino to write the Batman 66 - Diabolik crossover...

Then by way of some Alfred plot, going to England and teaming up with
either Connery Bond, or sticking with TV, -Avengers John Steed & Emma Peel

With incredible Alex Ross 60s-70s movie type covers would be amazing!
If it has to be an actual contemporary, then how about James Bond?
Otherwise, I like Wonder Woman '77. In theory, she is living on Paradise Island in the 60's, between seasons 1 and 2 of Wonder Woman. 20-years-old Steve Trevor Sr. could be involved.
Would you set it in WWII or the "70's" era?
It could be set between
