That's what they tell Bruce to make him feel better :p.
Does the Gorillas in Gorilla City count?
I mean think about it, they built the most technological advanced city on the planet, and it's invisible to everyone.

Seriously though, who are the smartest women? That doesn't seem to come up that often in these kinds of discussions.

Off the top of my head, I'll go with Babs.

I get that, although she's mostly computer or tech smart. I'm not sure if there's someone who is smart at practically everything on the female side.

I agree, Frontier. I'm not sure there is one, come to think of it.
They established that Babs has an eidetic memory, so that likely means a lot. Otherwise, I don't know if Kimiyo (Dr. Light) or some Star Labs scientist I'm vaguely recalling is meant to be smarter.
Lois Lane is very smart as a reporter. ;)

Dr. Veritas seems to still hold the title of smartest women on the planet and that’s still canon given she showed up in Supergirl in Rebirth.

Pre-Flashpoint sure but now? I can’t see it, she’s too immature and rather dumb to make the top 10 smartest women.

She's definitely not dumb, but I agree she's not as overtly intelligent as she was during the DCU.

Hm maybe “immature” was a better choice. She is still smart enough to build an AI, although I still can’t buy the Burnside incarnation of Babs being smart enough to do that honestly. Ah well.

"Immature" is a reasonable word to use, IMO, Vordan.
Lois is probably the best writer.
Also, Wonder Woman is probably the wisest. Wisdom and knowledge are different.
As for Batman being a genius, I actually think it makes more sense for him to be a rennaissance man, but not a genius. He can be an expert in many different fields, but a true genius is a complete rarity in their field, someone who revolutionizes and transforms an art or scientific discipline. To me, Batman ain't that. He may be applying advanced technology in creative ways, but unless the story calls for some ridiculous device like the insider suit, he generally doesn't need to invent insane technology. His detective work is top knotch, but I'm not sure that makes him a genius. Top Tier martial artist, combat weapons specialist, tremendous athlete, extremely well-read. Obviously he's quite smart, very intelligent. But in my mind money and dedication are the things that elevate him and allow him to do all he does, not genius intellect IMHO.
