So he had CM powers on top of all the powers he had on the show?

Yes, particularly after he defeats her
If Peter Petrelli with all the powers he had on the show is no match for MCU Captain Marvel, he can get her powers before fighting her

But his primary power in the show is copying powers. So he must be able to copy her powers.
Which means we have ‘Person with Captain Marvel Powers’ vs ‘Person with Captain Marvel Powers and a Whole Bunch of Other Powers’.
The answer is pretty self-explanatory.

Or it would be, if Peter wasn't critically inflicted with massive CIS. Since he IS thus inflicted, he probably: a) mistakenly slows time down on himself instead of her or the world, b) accidentally stabs himself in the exact place that neutralizes his healing factor by superspeeding himself into the sword on a decorative statue or something and c) uses his nuke power, destroying his now non-healing self AND generating energy that Carol can just absorb for fun - it doesn't matter, he will have yeeted himself already.
Peter may well be the dumbest Peter in fiction, and this includes Peter Griffin.
Before copying Carol's powers, are Peter's powers enough to match her?

He’s got superspeed and timestop powers, so… yep.

What on earth are you talking about?
What on earth are you talking about?
Peter has displayed crippling CIS on numerous occasions in the show.
Making terrible decisions and forgetting his superpowers is basically another superpower for him.

That combined with copying Carol's powers would certainly give him the win.
Could he hurt Carol without copying her powers?

No, he doesn't have anywhere near the oomph to hurt Carol without her own powers.

This...
What on earth are you talking about?
...perfectly answers this.
No, he doesn't have anywhere near the oomph to hurt Carol without her own powers.
Ok, so he wins because he can copy her powers along with already having super speed and timestop.
Simple as that.
Unless he stupids himself into getting punch-blasted by her before copying her powers.

I forgot all the powers he had but I'm sure there's at least 1 that can hurt her PIS/CSI off he probably wins this in a stomp.

Wasn't that because he had fully learned how to control he's powers or whatever? Wasn't he fully in control by the end of the show?
