What is your all-time favorite house, apartment, living space set from a tv show?
Serenity: easily as much house as ship.

Jim (Mission: Impossible) Phelps' apt: just the epitome of 1960s cool

Growing up,I liked the Brady home.Including that AstroTurf lawn.
Frasier's apartment
For fantasy, the city of Atlantis on Stargate: Atlantis.
For real life, I think it might be a tie between Thea's loft from Season 3 of Arrow and Kara's loft from Supergirl. But while I can buy Thea, then later Oliver and Felicity owning that loft, I could never understand how Kara could afford the rent on that place working as an assistant. Much like I have no idea how Monica (?) paid for that apartment on Friends.
The Island on Lost.
I really loved the house from the original Charmed show.
Richard Castle's apartment on Castle.
But my favorite fictional homes are Bag End from The Lord of the Rings, and the Burrow from Harry Potter.
Southfork on Dallas
Loved that living room and dining room especially.
Felix and Oscar's Apt on The Odd Couple. Mainly for the location on Central Park West.

^^^Agreed.
I always wanted to be a Brady. Cousin Riv.
I’d be happy af to live in any of the following...
The Addams Family home was creepy (and altogether ooky) but it seemed like a blast to live in.
The apartment from Three’s Company was nice and cozy.
I always liked the apartment from The Odd Couple.
Monica’s apartment on Friends was awesome.
Frazier’s apartment was a freaking palace, I loved it.
I hate Ted Mosby, but he had a great apartment.

Having grown up in NYC i can vouch for the outrageous prices. Even a dump on the Lower East Side would set you back.
Thought of one.
The apartment on iCarly was simply huge. It was 3 floors, had at least 3 bathrooms, and it’s own private elevator. I don’t know what I’d do w. that much space, but I’d figure it out!

Didn’t they say that Monica took over the lease on that apartment from an old relative—one who presumably had been living there when rents in NYC were affordable—and it was rent-controlled?
For me it’s 1164 Morning Glory Circle, Westport, CT—the home of Mr. and Mrs. Darrin Stephens.

Yeah they made a point of mentioning that several times.
Jerry's apartment from Seinfeld or Eleanor's place from The Good Place.

I could do without the clown paintings ...

I knew that as much as you love Dallas, you would answer your own question with Southfork.
However, as much as I also like Dallas, this is one time I have to disagree with you.
In general, the sets on Dallas were terrible -- especially in the early seasons. For a billionaire oil family, they were given a really chintzy-looking set. That living room/dining room set was extremely small, and most of the in-house scenes took place there -- or in one of the small bedrooms. The Ewing Oil offices were terrible, too. Once Dynasty took off, you can see how the Dallas producers tried to renovate their sets to make them look more upscale, but could never match Dynasty.
In contrast, the sets on Dynasty were spectacular. Say what you want about the show, but it reeked of money. Aaron Spelling always made his shows look the best on TV, and Dynasty is the prime example of that. Spelling never skimped on production values and wardrobe for his shows. You can really see the money on screen.
I love Dallas, but the Ewings lived like white trash compared to the Carringtons. The mansion and Alexis' apartment were fantastic looking.
So, my choices for favorite living spaces from TV are (in no particular order):
- Dynasty
- Frasier
- Mary Tyler Moore Show - the original apartment
- Brady Bunch - even if the inside didn't match the outside.
- Friends - Monica's apartment was refreshing in that the couch didn't face outward to the studio audience. Ditto for Chandler and Joey's apartment recliner chairs.
- I Love Lucy - loved that cavernous Connecticut house
- Jeannie's bottle interior
- Facts of Life Season 1 house
- Golden Girls house
- Wayne Manor on Batman '66
- Diff'rent Strokes apartment
My favorites:
USS Enterprise, the TNG version
Banks Mansion on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
Gargoyles castle on top of Xanatos building

Southfork was an unappreciated character. It was not a product of Jock Ewing's narcissistic oil empire, it was a legacy of Miss Ellie's Cattle Baron forebearers.
As a practical matter, it was built in a time when much of American Opulence was a bit more humble. As a storytelling device, it is a backdrop reminding us of from where the Ewing's came.
Hard to think of many houses or apartments where we got the complete floorplan--usually they were just confined to one or two rooms.
I like Mac and Sally's place in San Francisco, MCMILLAN & WIFE. Seems to me we got to see most of that house. And just being able to live with Mac, Sally and Mildred would be a dream come true.
Not a T.V. show but a movie, the council house that the Beatles live in, in HELP! I have a lot of quarrels with HELP! as a movie, but that fantastic house they had was so clever. I like to imagine all four Beatles living there together forever.
And because I'm watching MEDIUM these days, the house that Allison, Joe, Ariel, Bridgette and Marie have seems like a great place to raise a family. Living in Arizona--I'm not so sure about. They seem to have a lot of serial killers and unsolved murders.

The Brady House we saw the exterior of totally didn’t look like the set built to represent the inside. Last year HGTV bought the place and renovated it to match. They had the Brady kids help, went on scavenger hunts to find the right patterns for stuff and furnishings. It was pretty fun.

Actually, my memory of the show is that Jock Ewing built the Southfork house after he struck it rich and married Ellie. Yes, it was on her property, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't her original house that she grew up in.
Of course, backstory details change and evolve over the course of the series. I'm going based on what I remember in dialogue from the episodes. I wouldn't be surprised if the 1986 TV-Movie, Dallas: The Early Years contradicted this so they wouldn't have to build another house to shoot in or bother explaining why the house was different. I haven't seen the movie since its original airing, I think.
Barney Stinson's apartment. ("How I Met You Mother")
Stately Wayne Manor (complete with Batcave)
Don Draper's apartment (I almost said "Sterling Archer's place" but Don's apartment is pretty much Archer's place)
The Quest compound on Palm Key.

Like you, my memory is vague enough that I'm not ready to die on this hill. Nor am I willing to inflict enough episodes of research on my eyeballs to prove the point.
Call it a draw? :)
The Quest compound on Palm Key.
Oooooooh! Great Call!
Although, I have admit, I think of The Dragonfly as their home more than Palm Key.

Especially with those. :p
I gotta share this site, of course.
And yeah, Frasier's apartment is great. The only thing I'd change are the light fixtures, which are incredibly 90s.

Also, the Netflix MCU villains almost always have the best digs. Whoever does scouting for those shows really knows upper scale NYC.
I always secretly wanted to live in a Gothic/Victorian style house similar to that of the Munsters. Decorated with cobwebs and all that other fantastic spooky stuff.
The Addams Family set is even stranger looking in color.

I remember the first time i saw color pics of the Addams house, it made me like it even more!
Uncle Phil's mansion - Fresh Prince of Bel air
Monica's apartment -Friends
Oh, I want to add Gull Cottage from The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. Both the English movie version and the Maine TV version.

I respectfully disagree with you. I always found the Carrington mansion cold and vast. It didn't feel like a family home.
But Southfork was definitely a home for family. I loved the breakfast meals outside by the pool or under the patio. I loved the family meals around the big table in the dining room. I loved the upstairs where all the bedrooms were close to each other, like a real home.
Sure, all they did was fight and argue, but Southfork was a family home, which is what I would want.
Southfork was the home of a successful lawyer, NOT the home of oil billionaires. Their office was even more of a joke. I remember one scene when Bobby makes a drink from a little rolling tray filled with bottles. Really, the head of an oil company and no wet bar. It's a poor person's idea of what rich people look like.
This looks more like the office of a secretary to an oil company's executive.

Well, I guess we could argue all day about Dallas, but I still love that house and that show.
However, I will add some runners-up to my favorite - some have been mentioned and some have not:
Of course, the Brady's house on The Brady Bunch - and for the last time, Mike designed that house for his first family with three boys. He did not intend for six kids to share one bathroom.
Frasier's apartment - what an amazing place, and so much more homier than Niles' gigantic structure.
The Huxtable home on The Cosby Show. What a beautiful home.
Mary Richards' apartment on Mary Tyler Moore. Just perfect for one person.
Blanche's house on The Golden Girls - it just seemed so cozy for the four ladies. And loved that lanai.
