DC's Superman Golden Age Omnibus Question

Hi everyone,

Although I'm a tremendous fan of DC/National's Golden Age characters, I've yet to pick up the Superman Golden Age Omnibus. I think that's soon to change, however I have a question I was hoping someone could help me with: I know that Volume One of this series recently had a reprinting. Are there any notable differences in quality between this new edition and the first one? I've heard some fans were not happy with the line reproduction and coloring in the original volume. Were there issues with that and, if so, have they been corrected in the second edition?

While I can't comment on the quality of the new printing I do know that the dust jack was changed for the reprint

This may not be an issue for you but just be aware that the new omni will look different to the rest of the Golden Age Superman Omni's if you plan to collect them

I had the original printing and sold it before deciding to collect the whole run. I bought the reprint and the jacket is the only difference I spotted.
