She was the female member of Desert Sword. She had a pretty chilling death by Pyro who burned her alive.

She has as much right as any other mutant…
But her death needs to be reported to Krakoa, right? It seems like Cerebro backs-up 24/7 but there is no list of ALL the mutants it has listed.
Yes! bring her back along with the other Desert Storm mutants!
All mutants get resurrected (except precogs), so there's no reason for Veil not to be on the list, along with other Desert Sword mutants that died, and Commando, Super Sabre and Stonewall (the Freedom Force mutants that died, and haven't been seen resurrected yet). It would be interesting to see a confrontation between her and Pyro. Pyro would probably argue that their opposing teams were both trying to kill each other (Super Sabre was literally beheaded during the battle, and Commando lost a couple of limbs), but his killing of Veil was pretty brutal and vicious. One of his nastier moments.
Speaking of burnt women, no sign of Firefist so far. Some would think he should be on the priority list as former member of an X-team.

Firefist- Rusty, not Angelica.
I wish Marvel would release a Handbook style special that lists every single mutant who is currently on Krakoa.

This please! I've been wanting this. I mean was mummy-kid Murmur or not? Was that really Changeling in the wrong colors? Tiger Guy? Microbe?

Would love this to but don't see it happening! Thought we would see a residents of Krakoa in the X of Swords Handbook but it was avoided for some reason. Most likely they don't want to narrow it down to who is and who isn't there. Yes to Veil and Aminedi along with the still alive Sirocco.
The XoS handbook basically listed every X-Man alive as Krakoa citizen, but that the problem is the „mutants only on Krakoa“ law. The handbook writers might not have know everything.

right but there needs to be a Krakoa handbook for mutants (not just x-men), teams, places, and things.
Do a Mutant Censlus listing all marvel known mutants covering Krakoa, Deceased, De-Powered and and non-affiliated. Make it similar to the original Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe Appendix or the Hardcover's Universe/Earth Appendix. Again though i don't think Marvel or the writers won't to narrow it down that much. After the Krakoan era a writer wants to use a dead or de-powered mutant they can just say he/she was resurrected/re-powered behind-the-scenes on Krakoa. They could even do it on line at Marvel.com so it can be updated.
Moira was also burned to death… What nice people the Krakoans are…
It’s interesting to consider that the mutants must keep the trauma of their death from a life to another… We are born with no memories. They are “born again” with the memory of dying.
