Favorite X-Men Story Arc
For me it is "Quest for Magik". It had a real sense of danger for the characters, development for the main cast and even beyond to the other young mutants. A lot of cool moments for a bunch of the cast in every issue.

What is Your favorite X-men story?

For me it would have to be Age of Apocalypse. I freaking loved that story and every one of the series.

X-Men: The Animated Series - Season One

Murder at the Mansion from Morrison's New X-Men.
The soap opera realness. The beautiful Jimenez art. All the twists and turns and the progression of some important storylines in the run. Jean tearing down Emma. Emma revealing her tragic backstory. Sage and Bishop coming to the school to act as detectives and looking ridiculously good while doing it. "Hi, Sage".
The perfect X-Men arc.

The perfect X-Men arc.
This is the correct answer, the arc is absolutely perfect and has no flaws.
I can never understand people who hate Morrison's arc, I presume they musn't have read MatM because this is *chefs kiss*

E is for Extinction. I also adore House of X.

God Loves, Man Kills.
I do love Age of X as well, though. And Messiah Complex

Yea House /Power was the first big event story i liked in a while. I do think it was 2 issues longer then it needed to be tho.

The entire NXM Mega Arc from Decimation through Messiah CompleX.
Pretty much the last time the X-books have had any real sense of moving FORWARDS, being called "The Next Generation of Mutants" actually mattering, and characters having a legitimate impression of growth and development.

My favorite is probably a tie between the Imperial arc in New X-men and Riot at Xavier's. Though I could list every arc in GM's New X-men because to me it was X-men perfection.
-
I guess The Dark Phoenix Saga.
-
Uncanny X-Men #273-277
Cool Shi'ar storyline and Gambit vs Gladiator

Absolutely loved Second Coming, Bastion was an incredible villain. Necrosha was good too but Second Coming edges for me

I don't know if this counts, but my choice would be the Lady Mandarin Saga (UXM #256; #257; #258):
