Too much face blocking, my lord.

From what I remember of the one boxing thing Homer did, Scenario 1 goes to Rocky as- for what can be at most the second time ever- he manages to win the decision by outboxing his opponent.
Scenario 1, Rocky wins on points.
Scenario 2, I'm not sure you can actually KO Homer if you look at all his "feats" and not just that one boxing themed episode. Dude has been hit by cars, smashed by wrecking balls and so on and so forth and been ok....ish.
rocky won't be able to knock him out but he can just win on points.
the tatum fight showed that you need some serious power behind your punch to hurt him and rocky wasn't exactly a power puncher.
Scenario 1: Rocky will win on points
Scenario 2: Rocky can't KO Homer himself, but Homer isn't a good enough boxer to put Rocky down. The fight lasts until Homer gets exhausted and passes out.
Yeah, this doesn't bode well for Rocky in scenario two. Homer overall at his high end can sometimes be a goddamn sponge and Rocky lacks the oomph to really take down Homer with ease. Unless you have both absurd strength and the stamina to last, Homer ain't going down.
...But in actual boxing with skill, Rocky really will run circles around Homer and win by points.
Pis/cis off Homer kills Rocky with one hit the guy can pick up a motorcycle.
