I just wanted to follow the joke.
There's no joke. You just don't understand the level of subversion Rosenberg does in his work. It's innovative by being repetitive! Haven't you seen the super meta "Every X-Men story is the same" memo he proudly wears as his twitter header? Smh. :(
Another great issue from this marvelous Uncanny Run! :D So far Rosenberg hasn't disappointed, it was nice seeing Kwannon again, with the iconic costume no less! Rahne's off-panel death is really heartbreaking, and I'm looking forward to the resolution. The decision of creating a council is a good one for the future of the X-Men. I feel like we are in a good era, the future for the X-Men franchise is bright! :o
post of the year. :o

Really...Cyclops should just sit this one out before he loses his other eye.
Rosenbusts characterization of Scott has gradually lost me after every issue.
Cyclops decision making has been pretty atrocious.
I may wait for Hickman but I dont believe he will treat Scott any better.

If this really was LGY #638 (you had ONE job, editorial), I assume the Madlock and Hope stuff will get resolved in WotR???

Don't assume anything will make sense beyond this point. Hope has a better chance of dying off panel than explaining her speed of light change of heart.

Is this guy gonna be on UXM for the long haul? I really hope not.

.... Wtf is going on here. I been reading every issue seen 11 and I am so confused because it feels like I might have missed one or two issues

What was written on the cover?
-
This issue was a bit average, and it story was all over the place--not to mention some scenes were skipped.
-
I suspect that Rosenberg thinks that if we have a single issue without stupid action scenes we will lose interest.
Seriously, what the fuck Joseph brings to the narrative, for me they could have stayed at the bar and develop character, explain about Warlock, Hope and Banshee.

Damn, it really did break us.

Poor Karma. The one issue during which she actually does something.

It was too outrageous. We couldn't handle it.

We are the X-Men who died in today's issue.

#635, but someone earlier in the thread (or the preview thread, I forgot) said this is the misprinted issue.
