I just saw this and it was really sad to hear. I didnt realize he was battling illness as long as he has been. If not for him and his works we wouldnt have these amazing characters that has impacted us all in such unique ways. he will be missed but thank you for your greatness and creativity!

I'm not in shock but I am very sad. This man was legendary. He was the greatest superhero because he gave dreams, hopes, inspiration and imagination to so many people, so many generations and will continue to do so for years and generations to come. Without his work, the world of superheros would not be recognizable.
