Why can't I send PMs yet?

Sorry for the thread necromancy, but do we need 5 posts in specific forums, or 5 posts anywhere? Just wondering cause I've passed the 5 post mark but I'm still not able to send PMs yet.

[font=Palatino Linotype][color=navy][size=3]I imagine you're able to by now, it's just that it doesn't work like a light switch; you don't get access to PMs the second you hit 5 posts. Eventually the server updates itself and recognizes you as having over 5+ posts, you just need to be patient (but like I said, you should have PMs by now).[/size][/color][/font]
