The upside of Bendis leaving Justice League is that, if Hal is indeed rejoining the roster, we don't have to worry about Hal suffering from the shockingly lazy writing Bendis has been delivering on that book.
It looks like it'll Taylor, who I think did some fun stuff with Hal in the Injustice comics. I love the ball-busting interplay with his Hal/Ollie/Dinah trio.
If Taylor is the next writer then I expect him to write Future State lineup.

I skipped Future State. Who was on that team?

Jon Kent as Superman
Yara Flor as Wonder Woman
Jace Fox as Batman
Andy Curry as Aquawoman
Jo Mullein as Green Lantern (from Far Sector and the current GL run)
Jess Chambers as Flash (from Earth-11, they first appeared in a christmas special)
The one thing I could say about Bendis is at least I could see him being fine with Hal being on the team. Taylor can go any which way.

I thought that too, but some detail in present change about Future State, so i see more a mix between the lineup of FS and the actual Team. For me it can be more :
Jon Kent as Superman
Diana Prince as Wonder Woman
Bruce Wayne as Batman
Arthur Curry or Jackson as Aquaman
Hal Jordan or other human (But not Stewart and Jo we will occupied in the Green Lantern title) as Green Lantern
Wally West as Flash
Green Arrow
Black Canary
Naomi and Black Adam will leave the team and maybe Hawkgirl too.

Was this from GL#50?
No, I'm not sure about the exact number but I believe it's from the same issue where Alan appears as Sentinel for the first time and tells Kyle about what happened to his predecessor and the Corps.

The issue you're describing is GL (1990) #19, but I want to say that spread was from an issue of Green Lantern Corps Quarterly...? I could be wrong.
But I love that image!
Speaking of GL #50 pin ups, this one was always my favorite:

Great art. I looked it up and that spread I posted is from GL#55 actually. So silly was close. :)
Do you guys ever think that Hal has a kid out there somewhere? Like I see it brought up a lot of the women he is with, especially in the Morrison run, and it always kind of makes me think we will see a Hal Jr. some day. Not sure if they would be half alien or not just something that came to mind really.

I don't think Hal is Wolverine level of prolific so I don't think so. At least he probably knows to use protection...

Given Hal's preference for flying test planes without his ring, I wouldn't be too sure of his tendency to use protection.
IAE, none of his well-known girlfriends (many of whom were revisited during the Morrison run) have ever said anything about a mini-Hal running around, but you never know. Although (mostly) a serial monogamist, the length of his serializations have, on occasion, been rather brief.
