Best Fictional Chefs
Like the thread title says, list some of the best fictional chefs.
The character should be someone with both skill and knowledge in the culinary arts, not simply a reality warper who thinks, "Best food ever, appear now."
To start out:

Hannibal Lecter from the recent television series.

Lord Mandor from the second Amber Chronicle. Even though he uses magic to conjure his meals, it's clear that this is a skill he's practiced and developed. So if you have to specially design and prepare your own recipe spells, it counts.

The nameless chef who prepares meals for Doctor Doom.
List your candidate(s).

Tonio Trussardi from JJBA: Part 4 comes to mind. He managed to manifest a stand (which, in most cases, only emerges for those with great fighting spirit) through his passion for cooking. Said Stand has the ability to cure various ailments depending on the dish, relying on Tony to still plan the meal and create it as he usually would. While it's hard to tell exactly if the stand affects the taste of his food, I'm leaning towards the taste being entirely his skill alone.

Definitely Brock from Pokemon:

How dare you? How dare any of you? Not one word of mention for the legend himself!!

Jarvis, the Avengers butler
Jane Van Dyne, back in the day, always wanted to compete with Jarvis
Various X-Men: Gambit's Gumbo, Pete's BBQ, Betsy's Cornish Hen**
**as per X-Men Legends

Belldandy from "Ah!/Oh! My Goddess" would get my top vote. Next, Remy from Ratatouille. Possibly Spongebob as well, since the Krabby Patty seems to win everyone over.
-
Ban from Seven Deadly Sins is supposedly top notch. At least in his circles lol
Definitely Brock from Pokemon:
Oh yeah. that's a tasty looking donut he's got there.

I've seen Jean Grey also in the kitchen cooking while trying to get Gambit to leave her food alone! (XM-TAS)
The top tier chefs of Food Wars and Fighting Foodons definitely deserve to be somewhere on this list.
Foodgasms. Need more be said?
sanji from one piece. a world class chef who was able to end the rampage of big mom by recreating a wedding cake.
keep in mind, he was able to suss out some of the ingredents just smell alone.
Sanji was the first one I thought of as well. And I have fallen way behind on One Piece. Last arc I read was the Big Mom arc too.
Sasami from the Tenchi franchise.
Just a kid, yet can unite a household of her uptight sister, former pirate, a mad scientist, a ditzy and clumsy cop, and a cabbit with her cooking. Impressive for one so young.
Oh yeah. that's a tasty looking donut he's got there.
Stole my line, lol.
