Does this count, or is it maybe a bit too lengthy? From the 1968 Royal Albert Hall concert by Cream, when Eric Clapton and Jack Bruce just left the stage for Ginger Baker to carry everything by himself with an impressive palette of sounds on "The Toad":

I don't know if it's the greatest, but it's a damn great solo.
I've always found the intro of "Painkiller" by Judas Priest impressive and catchy.
I would say one of these (in addition to the 2 above)
- My Generation by The Who
- Hot for Teacher by Van Halen
- YYZ by Rush
It's this;

Not a solo but a 14 minute tour d'force by drummer Kai Hahto of Wintersun / Nightwish. Other than a brief interlude mid song he goes all out non stop the whole song. He literally has sweat pouring off him by the end. Absolutely amazing. The others equally amazing. Fantastic guitar sound and the lead singer goes through about six different vocal styles. Song always makes me want to go fight medieval battles by the end.

Dave Lombardo every other thing he played on since "South of Heaven"
Keith Moon every other thing he played on period.
Eddie Van Halen is so goddamned great that people often forget Alex Van Halen is a badass on drums. I give to thee, the drum solo from "Hot for Teacher".

Along that line...
You can hear a bit of The Who in the Van Halen tune "In A Simple Rhyme". In the same way that a lot of The Who tunes were kind of a drum solo where a song just happened to be taking place over the top of it, "In A Simple Rhyme" is about "This Close..." to being a solo on the "Drums..." front.

A drum solo followed by a beautiful percussion solo

I don't guess it's an exact drum solo but Neil Peart's drumming in Rush's Tom Sawyer is one of the best IMO.

Belongs here because it's great and leads into the Coda for the greatest band of all time.
