NOTE: Some DC books had an additional issue ship in January since no DC comics were scheduled to ship on the last week in December (and January 2019 had five Wednesdays).
Again, hopefully I didn't leave any titles from DC or Marvel off of this list that should have been included.
I don't know if it's because of variant covers or not, but it's nice to see Batgirl up around 30K.
Seems like the only ladies who can consistently hold good numbers for solo books are Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Batgirl, Supergirl, Harley, X-23, and maybe Spider-Gwen?
Juries still out on Carol with her latest relaunch.

Wonder Woman is the exception to all that.

Batgirl #31 has a variant of Artgerm.
Variants of Artgerm usually increase the sales of Supergirl (in fact, Supergirl #26 has a variant of Artgerm too). So, it's likely this increase the sales of Batgirl #31 too.
PS: I remember that the foil covers of Artgerm increase 20K the sales of some comics in October.

Sad to see catwoman on the slide - nice book.

If I was DC, and I saw Wonder Woman, Batgirl, and Supergirl falling below 50,000 orders, heads would start rolling; it's unacceptable.
If we look at some more recent numbers, we'll see that Black Cat was leading all female lead books with 80,000+ orders in July, according to Comichron. Vampirella came in at a close second with 70,000+ orders.
A poster also mentioned that characters like the Invisible Woman didn't seem to be very popular anymore. Well, according to Comichron, Invisible Woman sold 60,000+ issues in July.

As much as I love the character I'll need to be the first one to point out that Black Cat is bolstered a lot by variant covers.

Not surprised they’ve focused most on the women strongly associated with the Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman brands, though I’m rather surprised Kate Spencer as Manhunter hasn’t starred in more solo titles. The ball seemed to start rolling with her relatively successful 2004 series.

But I don't read both series, so have no idea what caused this big decline of Harley's sales numbers.
While I still read it, a lot of the... for want of a better word, "fun", has been taken out of it since Conner and Palmiotti left.

Voodoo also had a comic book solo series in The New 52, but I'm not sure how many issues it lasted.

Yeah, her solo series lasted 12 issues (13 if you count issue #0). I suppose I might as well list the ones that lasted from 10-14 issues too.
Scarlett (1993-1994) - 14 issues
Trinity of Sin: Pandora (2013-2014) - 14 issues
Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld (1983-1984) - 12 issues

Trouble is, Wonder Woman has been well south of 50,000 orders for a long time now, so whose head is gonna roll? Add to that the way that DC and Marvel are sold has for a long time adapted itself to primarily selling to a market of white middle-aged men. To me, it's much more important for titles like Wonder Woman or Batgirl to reach new audiences, outside of the core comic-book reader demographic that the LCSs cater to.

You have usually to wait to roughly issue #6 to see how the book is really doing.
The current Batgirl and Wonder Woman had iirc similar numbers when they were started.

I think this has definitely been a factor, the book has lost it's way since they left.

That's probably what they have the DC Zoom and Ink books for (even if they're not called that anymore).
