It's a shame we didn't get an OHC for this.
Also, in order to complete the whole storyline, a couple of extra paperbacks are needed, correct?
This is what i found on comicbookherald.com:

Despite publication after Spider-Geddon #3, Spectacular #312 should be read in conjunction with issue #311. This helps make Miles Morales involvement align with the main event issues.

Spider-Force #1 (by Christopher Priest with art by Paulo Siqueira)
Vault of Spiders #1
Spider-Geddon #3
Wow, the Star Wars by Jason Aaron Omnibus did not sell many copies. Would have expected much more. Thought it was a popular run. Anyway happy that I have it now :)
Yes, I found this very surprising especially as it is a lauded and popular run.
Could be because a lot of people already have the OHCs?
Possibly, but this didn't stop the Hawkeye Fraction or Daredevil Waid Omnibuses also selling well.
One would assume so.
I wonder if Marvel is starting to rethink publishing these competing formats and just drop their OHC line. From what I track there are not that many OHCs being solicited as before but I could be mistaken.
There are less and less OHCs and their sales have dropped quite markedly.
A lot of new collections were added to Hachette this morning, including a lot of epics

Anybody have opinions on X-Factor? I have the volume 7 Epic and then most of this 8th volume collected in OHC/Omnibus. I think I would just be missing issues 93/94 to 100.
Are these few missing issues worth double dipping and picking up the EPIC?

Oh yes, forgot about those!

If you're a big J. M. DeMatteis fan then you'd probably enjoy those issues. By JMD fan, I mean beyond Kraven's Last Hunt. He has a very distinct writing style that usually includes a lot of strange, mystical elements to it. If you liked his Spectacular Spider-Man run from #178-200 then you'd enjoy the X-Factor issues.
The issues themselves are pretty important to the X-Factor story. If you plan to buy X-Factor epic volume 9 then you should read #94-100. Issues #101-105 deal a lot with the aftermath of #100.

Just speaking for myself, I got into Marvel’s Star Wars through that Comixology “Every collection is $1.99” sale from a while back, and now I just wait for those sales to get new collections. Once I started down the path of reading SW digitally, forever has it dominated my et cetera.
-
Is Mutant X worth picking up? I kind of like alt-universe X-Men stories - they're easier to get into than 616 without a bunch of research
-
How good is the Mask in the Iron Man omni? Is it an important continuation of Busiek & Chen?
-
I would have got the Star Wars Omnibus, but the OHCs were reduced in the lead up before its release, and the Doctor Aphra OHC overlapped with the Omnibuses. So I'm at least one buyer who chose the OHCs over the Omnibus.
-
> Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Omnibus
I did not see that coming.

I didn't either.
It's a shame that this isn't the Deluxe Edition from 1985. That's what makes this a pass for me.

Any other X-Men Epics announced for this year? Or Spidey? Seems they're really skipping around on filling the gaps that I want. Saving me money I guess...all I have ordered for Marvel in the future is ASM omni 4.

Goblin Nation and Assassin Nation are the two Spidey ones for 2019. I think they stick with 2-3 a year for him. There are two X-Men ones, as well - v4 (the catch-all collection before Giant Size, I think) and Dissolution and Rebirth (248-267) this year. We don't know anything about winter releases yet
How was the price difference? And let us know how the turnaround is on that order. I might pre-order the ASM v4 DM Omni through them, as I am positive that will move fast...Avengers v4, too.
My order has not shipped yet as of 3/23
I expect it to ship Monday
because my bank confirmed TOW got paid on
Friday.
This being my first order with TOW I can deal
with a few extra days before my book is shipped.
I have the feeling the Thanos War Infinity Origin Omnibus DM will sell out this Tuesday.
Just not sure how fast........ I can see Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus vol.4 being high in
orders and so more copies of a DM copy. But what is the print run of TWIO omnibus?
and how many DM copies are in print? if low, than this may sell out quickly.

I personally love the classic issue covers, but the Mass Market cover on the Thanos Omni is pretty bad ass and might pull some sales that way.
