Hmm. Being a trickster would be fun, but I'm not sure that I'm clever enough to be that, plus I don't like the idea of making lots of enemies.
God of Travel seems like it would be a decent fit.

Trickery it is, prepare the shenaniganz and the tomfoolery...there's a new god in town.

Your world is consumed by light, and when it clears, you're at the gates of heaven. Your body is absolute perfection, and there are little wings on your ankles (you can shapeshift them away if you want, but they come with your particular office).
As the god of Travel, you're also the god of Speed, plus Messages, Communication and Diplomacy. So you're the fastest of the gods, a speedster, and as a cosmic diplomat, one of the most well spoken.
"You'll inform mortals of my will," says Sky Father, "And sometimes we'll disguise ourselves as mortals, just you I, and go walkabout on the material plane."

Lights. Thunder. A new body, the body of the ultimate shapeshifter.
You're at the gates of heaven. Sky Father and Earth Mother are there. They frown and wave you on in.

There’s only one suitable role for the Prince of Duckness.
Evil it shall be then.

*waves magic wishing ring around*
Sorry Beadle. :P

*Shakes fist at the Earth*
CURSE YOU, ARBITER!!
Yes, you are.
"Welcome to heaven, Cthulhu_of_R'lyeh, God of Wine, Lord of the Dance," says Sky Father. "It could not be heaven without the gift of grapes. And I don't mean raisins."
Our Rumbler's Pantheon:

"I however, Do mean raisins. You've made a terrible mistake. You're welcome."
In an explosion of otherworldly ink, the new God of Wine departs for his demesne. Which is probably full of tentacles now. What have the God Parents done.

You materialize at the gates of heaven in your new, evil body that [gross horrible details].
"Well there's one in every crowd," says Sky Father. "Unfortunately, I know too much about the Grand Scheme to think you're unneeded. We can't have mortal souls of low moral fiber being promoted to the Higher Realms. It'd gum up the entire metaphysical clockworks. That means we need a Tester, foul though he may be."
He waves you on in.

Why are you wasting good wishes on things you can't affect?
Check out the above post, which quotes Sky Father.
Evil is the Tester of Souls, and needed on the material plane.
Lord Beadle is playing his proper part in the Grand Scheme.

Sky Father and Earth Mother understand you're not only God of Wine and Lord of the Dance, but that you're also an Engine of Chaos.
All part of the Grand Scheme.

In my case it’s ‘fowl’.

Congratulations.
Now, at last, you truly are the Duck of Darkness.
Each egg hatches out a new, evil scheme.
When it comes to doctoring corruption, you're no quack.
Let the testing begin.

Sorry Beadle. :P
Well, you blew one of your three wishes, but I have an idea for the remaining two.
Consider:
Wish One, "I wish the Plot Gods would be nice enough to allow take-backs just this once."
Wish Two, "For my take-back, I wish I could claim a seat in the Pantheon and have [fill this in] as my Sphere of Influence. I don't really want to remain a hapless mortal limited to a mere mayfly eyeblink existence."
The Plot Gods are creating a new fantasy/D&D-based universe, and they have twenty (20) still available slots for a pantheon of deities. Already parceled out are the roles of Sky Father and Earth Mother, to be filled by two ancient entities.
The other twenty positions will be filled by whichever Rumblers care to claim them. Each Rumbler may claim one Sphere of Influence, first come first serve. So if, for example, War is claimed by a previous poster, you’ve got to choose a different Sphere.

Sky Father — Heavens, Law, Creation, Storms, Lightning — Filled.
Earth Mother — Earth, Nature, Marriage, Childbirth — Filled.
Other than Sky Father and Earth Mother, it’s assumed all deities basically exist in rough parity with one another, with no Sphere being more powerful than any other. Each deity has supremacy in their Sphere, so you can always defend and/or offend against another deity. Sky Father has absolute authority to settle disputes, if it comes to that, or just kick everyone’s asses.
Choose your Sphere of Influence:

Agriculture — Food, Banquets, Harvests, Famine, Honeybees;
Art — Sculpture, Poetry, Crafts, Inspiration, Creativity, Drama, Storytelling, Music, Bards;
Death — Underworld, Ghosts, Omens;
Dragons — Serpents, Renewal, Rebirth, Primal Chaos;

Evil — Darkness, Murder, Assassins, Corruption, Monsters;
Fate — Weaving, Spiders, Venom, Destiny;
Forge — Artificing, Metallurgy, Weaponsmithing, Fire, Volcanoes;
Hunting — Archery, Horses, Forests, Wilderness;

Light — Reason, Order, Sun, Logic, Justice, Revenge;
Love — Beauty, Sex, Courtship, Etiquette, Pleasure;
Magic — Sorcery, Prophesy, Moon, Night, Secrets;
Medicine — Healing, Health, Purification, Absolution, Ancestry, Disease, Poisons, Potions;

Sea — Ships, Sailors, Sleep, Dreams, Water, Weather, Tides, Oceans, Rivers, Lakes;
Strength — Wrestling, Stamina, Durability, Mountains, Athletics;
Travel — Speed, Communication, Messages, Diplomacy;
Trickster — Thievery, Disguise, Stealth, Humor, Cunning, Deceit;

War — Dueling, Strategy, Tactics, Excellence, Combat, Chess;
Wealth — Business, Economics, Trading, Homes, Luck, Fortune;
Wine — Revelry, Drink, Vineyards, Chaos, Dance;
Wisdom — Knowledge, Architecture, Mathematics, Literacy, Balance;
As you’re now a deity, you can bring a small retinue with you to heaven, a handful of mortal friends and family (even if they’re deceased; that’s not a problem for the Plot Gods). They become immortal cupbearers in your service, but not gods themselves.
If you don’t want a spot, the Plot Gods give you a Ring of Three Wishes and leave you alone.
Dragons is pretty attractive. I'd take it if Tomzilla doesn't want it.
