Really, anybody expecting to see somebody from a rejected pilot that never aired show up is going to be seriously disappointed. The more obscure and/or less well known the actor AND the show is, the less likely it is that anybody from it is going to appear. This is being made for a general audience, NOT just hard-core comics fans or hard-core fans of of shows made from comics.

I imagine actors who don't have a lot else going on right now might be easier to get.
It would be cool if Paula Marshall showed up as her Earth's Iris West, jilted by Barry Allen (JWS)--but I imagine she's fully booked on EUPHORIA. It doesn't look like Richard Belzer is doing anything at the moment, maybe his Joe Kline could meet Joe West.
Perhaps DAYS OF OUR LIVES can spare Stacy Haiduk to appear as Lana Lang from another world. I'd be the most excited to see her over the other SUPERBOY actors. And let Justin Whalin play another Jimmy Olsen.
Phil LaMarr did the voice for John Stewart on JUSTICE LEAGUE, but he doesn't look much like a John Stewart. Right now, he's playing Malefic on SUPERGIRL and last year he provided the voice for Rag Doll on THE FLASH. But he's also voice acted Lucius Fox on DC SUPERHERO GIRLS--could he show up as Lucius (Luke's father) on BATWOMAN?

If Richard Belzer is going to show up as anything he has to be John Munch, even if John Munch was never in any comic book shows.
Burt Ward?
Burt Ward is going to be in Crisis as an older version of Robin, Here are some set photos of him filming a scene for Supergirl.
Michael Keaton and/or George Clooney as Batman.
Helen Slater as Supergirl (even though she'd probably have to call herself Superwoman at this point).
Michael Keaton's Bruce Wayne is now officially a part of the Arrowverse multiverse.

What's amazing is Keaton, Christopher Reeve, and Lynda Carter (even though her show was a decade earlier) were all about the same age. Just one year between them (all in 89-90 still looked great for their respective parts.
If at the time anyone at WB had the foresight or any kind of vision, they could have launched a DC shared U right there (obviously with some costume updates), starting with a strong already established Trinity.

Add John Wesley Shipp, and you'd have Flash as well. :)
While I, personally, wouldn't have an issue with Isis and Captain Marvel popping up, a lot of people unfamiliar with Isis would most likely flip out.
Technically it wasn't Isis, it was always referred to as Isil by the powers that. Wouldn't mind taking back the name. Was always bugged when they dropped the organization that Sterling Archer and company worked for on ARCHER over the deeds of those troglodytes. With the attitudes of Mallory I always thought it would've been interesting to fight for the name because they used it first.
