AiPT!: I love the Sunspot design. It’s so simple yet so iconic.
McLeod: Thanks! Well, we were thinking, do we want Sunspot to grow big like the Hulk when he uses his powers or stay little. I don’t know who came up with the dots. Probably not mine–that was probably Chris. I don’t remember, but we were just talking about different looks for Roberto. It was nice that we had a dark-skinned character for a change, because everyone was white in comics at that time pretty much. But I didn’t want him to look African-American because he’s Brazilian and half white. So I gave him kind of wavy hair and tried to give him a real specific look.
Lots of interviews
Tieri has spoken. He wrote the best Wolverine & hates Maggott. lol
Land has spoken. He loves drawing women...what a shock. lol
Land loves drawing women? I can't tell since he always gives them the same faces.
One would think he hated drawing in general.
-
I'm actually surprised McLeod's comment about Sunspot hasn't caused controversy.
Either way, this was nice as long as we ignore Tom King's entire existence.

And Frank Tieri's existence.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I scarcely even know who Frank Tieri is.

He's probably not paying any attention to their faces....
I know, that was a bit of an easy shot. But sometimes it seems wrong NOT to take it when presented.

I mainly know him from Weapon X vol 2.

Because he was the last good writer for villain Creed prior to the 16 year slump. I'd love him to come back & do another villain book. I thought this series was entertaining & good with characterization. I also think a petition started to keep the series going passed issue 28, but no luck.
And bring Jeanty back for art. He didn't seem the best in X-Tremists, but the commission I got from him last month shows he's still got it. I guess he just didn't care much about that book. lol

That was interesting. Kind of cool that so man y creators were out to a con that I had never heard of before.

The problem is that he uses always the same porn for reference:

Wouldn't call Tieri the best Wolverine writer, but i did enjoy most of his run, except for that awful Punisher issue, some things are better forgotten.
Cates was the best part of this though.

His eyes are portals to a non-Euclidean universe of pure destruction.

Punch Dimension confirmed for Moira’s 6th lifetime.

You have just explained Evo-Rogue's crush on him better than I could possibly have imagined.
