That is him. He originally looked like Real Thor...but when the Thunderbolts/Dark Avengers led by U.S. Agent went into an alternate reality he was worthy to pick up that universe's Mjolnir and it changed his appearance

The Slingers (Dusk, Hornet, Prodigy, Ricochet)
How many know of this loosely-Spider-Man adjacent team? The only one to gain traction at all was Ricochet, and even then he's still on the D-List.
Despite purging every 5 years or so, I have kept all my Slingers comics, including #0 from Wizard and all the variants.
Rico was my favorite.
Feedback from Alpha Flight. Given the introduction, I thought he was going to be a major character in the original Alpha Flight series but it was canceled 2 or 3 issues after his debut.

What about the second Lazerfist Raphael Suarez (had to google his name) who got his powers from lyja. They spent a few issues setting him up as a new hero then dumped him from the book! He showed up looking for help after getting his powers and the fantastic four more or less told him to get lost! We never saw him again!

Yes. This guy. Did writers change after his debut??
How could no one mention the greatest obscure hero of all. Superpro. He teamed up with Spiderman in his first issue. Captain America and Crossbones was also in an issue. I would love to see him come back ever if it is just for a couple oanels.

Possible that the Superpro character will debut in a Disney+ series?
Winda Wester
She was in Howard the Duck in the 70s but I don't think she's been seen since.
She hasn't according to https://cmro.travis-starnes.com/character_details.php?character=1985
