Exclusive Preview of Captain Marvel # 10 is up.
Whatever happened to the alternate dimension Carol from her last Ms. Marvel run that was calling herself Warbird?
The Super-Human Restraint Unit, a division of SHIELD known as the Cape-Killers, took her. They would regularly throw superhuman criminals into the Negative Zone prison, 42, until Norman Osborn disbanded them.

Kelly Thompson talks about Captain Marvel, Star, and Spider-woman
When did Margaret Stohl leave Captain Marvel?
Last year, just after the Life of Captain Marvel mini
Whoever called Ripley star had it right on the money
Why do I feel like the plot of this "The Last Avenger" story arc is gonna go like:
Carol sacrifices her humanity to defeat Star. (We know Star wont die since Kelly says she's got big plans for her,)
She goes full Kree persona, hens the Kree face paint on her Dark Captain Marvel look
She teams up with Minn-Erva and goes anti-hero dealing out punishment Kree style
Avengers try to stop her, they fail
Star, who is in Avengers custody makes a deal with the Avengers to take down Carol since she hates her so much.
The Avengers load up Star with all their powers and sick her on Carol

you know what would've been interesting?
If carol sacrificing her memories during her fight with yon rogg, actually led to the resurfacing of the kree persona (which led to Civil war II). Oh and instead of some random ulysses, it was her 7th sense morphing into cosmic awareness which was used for the premonitions.
Or Star defeats Carol and poses as her?
You know what else would have been interesting?
If Bendis actually red Carol's backstory before he wrote Civil War 2. Since the most important thing that ever happened to Carol was Rogue stealing her powers, which only happened because Destiny (a mutant who can predict the future) saw that Carol would be Rogue's undoing. So Rogue attacked Carol, stealing her powers and psyche in the process, making herself go crazy and therefor Carol became Rogue's undoing.
Which means that Carol doing what she did in Civil War 2 was even more out of character than people realize because she was a victim of being accused of doing something before it actually happened. And throughout all of Civil war 2 she was accusing other people of doing something before it happened.

That might happen but I do feel like it would be a bit of a cop out.
The ethnic origins of a citizen's family isn't going to impact their background clearance. That would be unconstitutional. There is no reason to doubt her loyalties.
*cough* happened in America during WW2 to Japanese immigrant and their American born children. They where shoved into concentration camps...so...yeah...
Everyone likes to forget that because it was messed up.
