The set looks really bad and lackluster. Very few of the cards seem viable and "must grab" worthy. What were they thinking?

The set looks really bad and lackluster. Very few of the cards seem viable and "must grab" worthy. What were they thinking?
I love the theme of the set, but I think I agree. The flipwalkers don't seem to promising.
On the other hand, [I]Gideon, Battle-Forged[/I] looks pretty good. Useful legendary creature and curious loyalty system for the Planeswalker. His "0" will be helpful.
It looks like another core set. Hard to get excited about it but there are a few decent cards. Battle for Zendikar will be awesome
