I don't like the very idea of Kid Cable. Imagine your favorite being killed and replaced by a teen version. Some characters went there (Jean, Ororo) and that's the kind of situation that doesn't last.
Doesn’t seem like the people who enjoy Kid Cable were Cable fans before. Which is fine, but why not just use Kid Omega in this role?
Kid Omega doesn't create this dichotomy between a younger self vs older self. Kid Cable is interesting because he's Cable.
Interesting to non-Cable fans I guess.

Because, an empty box has more game than Quire?

Its the same character at different points, so like it or not kid Cable fans are Cable fans.
No. We most certainly are not. Ha.
It’s not like we haven’t had this before for many years with the O5 X-men.
Just enjoy Kid Cable while he lasts (probably all through Krakoa). We know adult Cable will be back later.

Well you're not a Kid Cable fan.

Cable was my #2 favorite before and Kid Cable continues to be someone I enjoy

Ditto!

But you said you dont like Kid Cable so he wasnt talking about you. You cant ascertain that people that like Kid Cable arent Cable fans. Thats not for you to say about them
Cable is my favorite character.
But not as a kid. Sorry.
I just can't get into the whole idea. Trust me I'm trying to like him at this age.
Anyway getting ready to read this issue now.
Sinister didnt know if Stinger's baby would be a mutant. He wrote to bring it to Krakoa if it turned out interesting (which I took it as mutant). He didnt write that he expected it to be Jean or Emma. He suggested that others may have but nobody would expect Stinger to be preggers This was all presented as gossip and shade and people over embellish when they gossip about things. Here is the actual bit

Nothing in this issue contradicted this
You're saying Sinister claimed Stinger was the first mutant pregnancy despite not knowing whether the unborn baby was a mutant or not? And that others thought Jean/Emma might be pregnant first despite..Stinger already being pregnant and 'ready to pop' (as you said earlier)?
I don't fully understand what you think he's saying in the comic, but you seem to feel strongly about it so agree to disagree.

You’ll like the end of the issue.

I’m counting on it. There are some things about Kid Cable I like though. Namely his costume, which is pretty streamlined and a good look for Nathan, and this sword he’s rocking is pretty cool too. When adult Cable returns, or they age Kid Cable up some (either way I guess), I’d love to see him keep both of those... perhaps with some tweaks.
Personally I love when Cable has some sort of cloak or hood, like in X-Sanction when he snipes Falcon or when he was raising Hope in the future between Messiah Complex and Second Coming. So I’d make his shirt more of a tunic, with a hood that he can pull up for stealth purposes/hiding his white hair. And, of course, remove the sleeves. Once adult Cable is back and the character has muscles again, sun’s out guns out all the way. And keep the sword, perhaps channeling his TK through it like he does his Psimitar. But give him other weapons too (e.g., forcefield generator in his left gauntlet like he had in the DP 2 movie, explosives in his pouches, a Carbonadium blade on his boot like he used to sport, a pistol on his hip, etc.). The guy is the X-men’s resident paramilitary soldier slash warrior zealot from the future, so he should look it. My $.02.
