Anthology Recommendations?

Can anyone recommend any anthologies that are constantly good and substantial? Often times when I've read EC comics, Weird War Stories, Flight, Wednesday Comics, Solo, Flinch, Dark Horse Presents, Bizarro Comics, the stories are well drawn, but the stories are generally not very good. At the same time the stories often end up being very short and inconsequential, to the point that they are more like scenes the stories with complete arcs. Can anyone recommend any comic anthologies that are both good and with fully realized stories?

I don't mean to just rag on comic artists and comic writers, novelists tend to do this too, even the few anthologized films that have come out suffer this same problem.
