One of my favorite things about CBR threads is when I get to see someone's collection. I really enjoy how different people can set things up.

I used to have a shelf of variant MPC's which I would go back and forth displaying them by spine # or by color. By this point though I've gotten rid of most of them due to either better/more complete editions coming out or I'd only bought them to collect all the spine #'s (ugh). Now the ones left are just interspersed with their respective title

I like the idea of having all of them. I get them all the time when I can get a deal on them. I have a couple of older ones on the way.

Here's my collection, which is rather meager compared to some. But I try to keep it geared more toward what I actually enjoy and not collect just to collect. With such a smaller collection, I organize alphabetically by title, rather than break them up by publisher. I have also recently run out of room, as you can see by my need to stack a few books on top. Always a sign that more room is needed. Haha!

Great idea! And impressive collection. I recently moved and haven't got my books set up, so I've no pics. But I love shelf porn like this. It gives me ideas for my future set up.

When I first started going to SDCC in 2003, i brought a 4" x 6" sketchbook. Back then, a lot of professionals did free sketches, so that is a collection of sketches from a few years of going. There are others but they kinda suck. I ended up buying a bigger sketchbook that I am currently using and decided to frame the small ones. That entire set-up is from Ikea. The frames are pretty cheap.

That's an awesome list of talent! And actually 4x6 has a lot of benefits. I think artists would be more likely to give you a sketch at that size. Plus, it's easy to find frames for that size. Your display of them looks really nice.
I've got two sketch books, 9x 12 I think. It allows me to leave one with an artist, while seeking out another. :)

Awesome collection! I think those sketches are the bees knees! I strive to have a set up like that one day.
