What would you call them, and what good-guy versions of DC villains would be on it?
(NOTE: Remember that Earth 3 three is NOT Bizzaro World. It's evil versions of good characters and vice-versa. Not the complete opposite of the characters. I.E. The Earth 3 Flash is Johnny Quick, not "The Slow".)

Darkseid exists outside the multiverse so apparently there's not earth 3 version.

Then next time they reboot the Multiverse ditch that lame idea and make some different Darkseids. Not like different versions don't pop up all the time anyways. Injustice, DCeased, Gods and Monsters. They say there's only one, but they never enforce it because it's stifling. If he can appear in out of continuity stories he should be all over the Multiverse.

I think the whole deal with that Earth is the bad guys always win. Kind of how like in the normal comics the good guys used to always win.

Josh Constantine: A posh, stiff, upper class, filthy rich British man who occasionally deals with the occult whose defining trait is his inability to tell a lie. He loses cool under pressure but still gets himself together. A blonde, muscular Hugh Grant type.

Salvatore (Savitar) - A young European soldier who gains super speed and isolates himself form the world and trains himself until one day he comes across a television set showing the Mad Dash (Flash) killing a entire news crew and a group of people within seconds displaying their bodies all over a street like a parade. Seeing Mad Dash isn't the menace in the world Salvatore decides to form a Legion to stop them.
Bronze Spirit (Silver Banshee) - The spirit of an female Irish warrior who returns form the spirit world after the terrorist Super Power (Superman) and his men bomb the cemetary her and her men were buried in.
Gator Man (Killer Croc) - A reptilian looking vigilante comes from out of the shadows of Gotham City to help his people from corrupt cops and exposing a corporation thats been funding illegal experiments, Wayne Enterprises, leading him to a shadow government controlling Gotham called the Court of Owls and its leader the Grand Owl (Batman). (Almost TMNT/Leatherhead meets Luke Cage lol)
Witchkraft (Paula von Gunther) - A German witch who studied under the sorceress Circi finds herself helping mortals from the Nazi Goddess Mother Manslaughter (Wonder Woman)
The Symbol (Tattoeod Man) - A former soldier whos tattoos can come to life goes after Master Lantern (Green Lantern) after watching him destroying an entire ship full of people and saying it was just a warning.
President Turtle (King Shark) - A kind old American politician whos an expert fighter and battles the evil King of Atlantis, Land Whale (Aquaman).
Heartbreaker (Cupid) - An undercover agent trying to expose the corrupt Judge Queen finds out his connection to various criminals and ends up helping the LoD
Sir Soul (Mr. Mind) - A magical worm that can bond souls together and help them fight and think as one.
Phillip Faust (Felix Faust) - A young mage who collects magical items is convinced to join the LoD.
