Oh good, it will be full of "sensitive" humor. Should be a real hoot.
I understand two of the four Teletubbies are already on board.
Didn't they already try this and it never made it to air?

Both the failed one and the new have the same issue it sounds like, a female Peter Pan lead. We have a lot of those shows ...

6 seasons and a movie
It's cool if it doesn't have any link with the previous show.
Let's have a different city, different types of people and most importantly, nothing who could possibly be a reminder of the abomination who was called Ted Mosby.
I mean, if it's the same what's the point? Some cameos i guess by the previous cast are unavoidable but the less the better.

It is still in New York and it still sounds like the main character is a female Peter Pan.
Don't get your hopes up ...
On the plus side, it sounds like they want to film more in actual New York this time.
I want the show to be about the woman Barney knocks up.[QUOTE=BeastieRunner;5501354]It is still in New York and it still sounds like the main character is a female Peter Pan.

It seems a big reason Duff took the project is that it films in Los Angeles.

hahaha nice :D
I'm not excited or upset here. I'll probably give it a try due to some fondness that I still have for the older show. My only thing is that I hope it doesn't lose sight of what made the first show great.

HIMYM shot a lot in LA, too.
So did Ghostbusters.
Shooting in LA does not necessarily mean set in LA.

Looks like Greta Gerwig dodged a bullet. She's much better off.
I don't have much feeling about Duff one way or the other. Like many shows, it'll come down to the writing and chemistry between the characters, regardless of the set up or how the previous show did.
