They sure are! Those panels come from a children's comic Spidey Super Stories that Marvel published in cooperation with a PBS children's show called the Electric Company.
An ensemble show from the early 1970's that featured Rita Moreno, Bill Cosby and Morgan Freeman.

Ah, the memories. That was part of my very, very early childhood. The most iconic part would be Rita Moreno's character Pandora shouting

I know, right?! Speaking of memories, loved it when this tune played whenever Spidey made an appearance...

Since we are coming to the end of this week's contest I think it would be appropriate to send it off with Al Hirt doing his thing with Flight of the Bumblebee for the Green Hornet show

It sure is! Tarantino uses a longer version in a scene in Kill Bill part 1. And I always liked the Green Hornet Show better than Batman which was a really big hit at the time. The two shows had a 2 part crossover. You can probably find it on YouTube or somewhere.

OK, so long as we're posting videos of brass instruments playing in a comic book-related context, this one from when *I* was younger fits the criteria.

Time to vote! Lots of good choices, so, I'll go with seismic-2 and that Sgt. Fury cover! Blow that horn, Gabe!

Iron Maiden. That meme is funny as hell.

I was this close to picking what nx01a went with, so... that.

I have never been a fan of pictures made by computer (and neither of pictures featuring people playing instruments) but I can almost hear the music in the Charlie Parker’s cover… Tami, then.
Honourable mention for ChadH’s cute little devil. :)
