Sam blamed a lack of resources. "Stark's not here, none of us are engineers. Where would be get building supplies? And there are unions for this kind of--". In short, the problem was Tony's absence.
As for Miles and the other Sam, Nova says "I'm done being ordered to punch people I like, and so is Spidey!" - sounds like Civil War II was directly to blame for their exit.
And I'm not surprised people didn't know about this. ANAD Avengers didn't have a proper ending because the last three issues were single character one-shots. They really should've shown the team's break-up in a final issue of ANAD Avengers. Instead, they split the story across Champions #1 and the new Avengers #1 (bear in mind, ANADA, Champions and the replacement Avengers book were all by the same writer, Mark Waid).

that whole thing suddenly reminded me that kamala was a bit callous in Magnificent Ms. Marvel to that guy who's shop got broke as collateral.... did they resolve that or was it just inconsistent writing?

Her new costume is affecting her. If it's after she gained it, that's your explanation.

That makes a lot of sense because in CWII. The younger Avengers got together when that vision was shown of Miles killing Cap. They decided to sneak away and help Miles out.

Nice. Marvel is pushing for RDJ to get an Oscar as most of you already know. He won't win but it would be nice for him to get the consideration.

Not really. The Avengers are superheroes - they aren't Damage Control. Just because fixing the damage caused in their battles isn't their role doesn't mean they don't care about the damage.
I can understand why Kamala was upset, but the Avengers really aren't suited for going around and repairing damages. That's what Damage Control exists for, and the Maria Stark Foundation, etc.

I mean, it all came out of Civil War II, so not surprising that there was some contrived Superhero conflict :p.

Yeah, I think tensions were riding high because of that and Kamala just snapped. Its the only thing that really justifies Kamala snapping at her mentors and friends like that, over issues that she KNOWS are not their role to fix. She's been a superhero fangirl for years before actually becoming a hero and an Avenger. She knows how it works.
She was just traumatized by CWII and that was the final straw.
