If it weren't for my own food, I'd probably starve.
This morning, I had a homemade cheesecake made with stevia, because I got to thinking... a cheesecake is pretty much just a cheese omelette.
For the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend here in the Good old USA: Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Corn-on-the-Cob, Chicken, Ribs, Turkey Breast!!
Not to mention all of the (homemade) side dishes, like salad, pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw and relish.
Happy Memorial Day to all of my fellow Americans and a fond remembrance and sincerest thanks to all of those brave men and women who gave their lives defending us!!
Huge cinnamon roll for a late night snack!

Rana tagliatelle chicken and mushroom meal kit - it was on sale at Costco last time I went. They don't store for very long so you have to make them in a couple days, though.

Hey Shalla Bal!
Haha, yeah, it was so good, because I don't eat most of these foods on any regularity at all----so really a Summer Holiday treat, for sure!
So nice you said hello and I hope you enjoyed the holiday too!! Hoping you are safe and well during the Pandemic!
Gator sausages for the next few days.
Fish sticks.
Blueberry Cheerios. And they're frickin' delicious!
Pasta. Chicken, sausage, tomato, peppers etc with a butter parmesan "sauce". Pretty good, easy and quick to throw together.
Tilapia stuffed with crab meat, riced cauliflower and string beans. And a big tossed salad!
Pepperoni Pizza and Beer.
Italian BMT from Subway and St Ides ( don't judge me).
Baked Tilapia with Crab meat stuffing, green beans and a salad.
