Robin's costume from Batman & Robin, the Chris O'Donnell one
Basically the Nightwing costume with red + a cape. Without the nipples and likeness, it would be a pretty cool suit for Robin/Nightwing.

Gotham Girl, Bluebird, Batwing, Signal, Batwoman, Red Robin/Drake, Orphan/Black Bat, Spoiler.
I mean, do I even have to say it?

Yes, I'd buy every single one of these

I'd love a Flamebird figure. I don't think DC's ever made one.

There was a Silver Age Batwoman, Bat-Girl, Bat-Mite, and Ace the Bat Hound figure set once, if that counted.
Slade Wilson, without mask, as I am quite sure most Deathstroke / Slade toys has his fully costumed masked appearance.
However, Slade, without mask, so package can just call him "Slade Wilson" or "Slade" without the "Deathstroke" to spook the toy shopping kids.
What age group are you going for? Most kids over the age of five would probably have little problem with a character called "Deathstroke," just like they had little problem with Darkseid, Darth Vader, Thanos, Universal Monsters, etc.

This is not a joke: Okay; given recent prominence in both comics and cartoons; is by now, a Kite Man figure possibly feasible?

This will be my one and only response to you on this matter.
I am talking the toy aisles, not specialty collectibles section.
There was a reason why Teen Titans just called him Slade.

It's said they will consider variety in the Batman line because it can't be just 1 person. So yes for that toyline (versus the regular DC toy).
