Rich Kid vs Farm Boy
Bruce Wayne vs Clark Kent
before Batman and all his training a neophyte bruce takes on a rookie Clark whose powers haven't yet been awakened and are completely dormant which means he is essentially a normal human being in all matters.
who would take this fistfight/brawl?

So basically, feat less character 1 vs feat less character 2?
At least one of them probably did more heavy lifting so maybe that guy.

There is a flash back of post crisis Clark defending Lana from a bully a foot taller then him. Breaks his nose. The whole thing is preceded by Jonathan Kent teaching him how to properly throw a punch while urging him to consider WHY he feels he needs to and if it's for the right reason.
It was a powerful scene all things considered. Now I'm feeling nostalgic and wish I could remember the comic...

yeah it was in Superman 152 where he was narrating the incident to Lois.

IIRC, Batman's tragic family incident happened when he was 6 or so, and some continuities of Superman have him not get his powers until late teens, so there's a possible dichotomy to exploit.

Though, it would be darkly funny to see Mr. Truth, Justice, and the American Way 18-year old Clark Kent punching out a 6 year old who just lost his parents 5 minutes before this fight.
