Some pretty cool scenes from Jurgens' run on Captain America. A little too much? Perhaps. But still cool:

That's a terrible costume for Sam.

While I am usually the "classics are always the best" type of guy....too much bare skin for a sniper to take a shot at.
This is the one that probably works best for me.

Damn. That makes sense. In that case, I'll go with my 2nd choice from the Priest/Bennett run from 2004 (XD)

That one works too. Like I said...it is about having a level of protection at least the same as Cap has. But I was never a fan of Sam's energy wings.

Feels like it's been a while since he's fought Zemo, although a new threat might be cool.

But Waid and Garney are the definitive Captain America version for me!
That's a terrible costume for Sam.
I agree. It was to match with the 90's Avengers cartooon, which had all the heroes sporting terrible armoured costumes.

That would be my choice also, but I can see Marvel avoiding the political mine-field that a villain whose speach basically advocates globalism may represent.
Peace

I don't know if the Marvel Universe has a specific "best butt" in the same way DC does with Dick Grayson. Several Marvel guys have been complimented on their butts on-panel over the years, including Cap--as well as Gambit, Clint Barton, Wonder Man, etc.
