Teen Titans TV show - Questions

I've got a few questions about the animated TV shows--

*Where did Titan Tower come from?
*Who paid for it's construction?
*Who pays for the monthly bills?
*Why are there so many levels, when they only use 2 or 3?
*Who gives them their emergency alerts?
*How is it that Cyborg can eat food when he doesn't have a stomach? Where does the food go?
*How is it that Cyborg can be seen breathing and sweating and getting cramps, when he's mostly robot?!?
*Exactly what parts of him ARE human? From what I see on the shows, it's his head and part of his arms.
*Why is it Beast Boy claims he's Vegan, but he eats cheese and drinks milk??
*How it is Raven's powers seem to disappear when she gets caught by the bad guys? I would expect, with her powers, she wouldn't be able to be caught, much less contained.
*How it is Starfire can't hit the side of a barn from 3 feet away?
*Why is Starfires powers so low level and pretty much harmless? Just like a Storm Troopers laser rifle.
*How does Robin walk, much less run, in shoes with metal soles?


Just stuff thats been bugging me since I've seen this show so many years ago.
