[QUOTE=destinyascension;4894602]Moonstone
She is not a main villain of Spider-man. But they did spar.
Moonstone fought Spider-man in Spectacular Spider-Man Vol 1 61

Moonstone would be a great enemy for Spider-Man in terms of how opposite they are. For one, Moonstone is motivated primarily if not solely by selfishness, whereas Spider-Man, driven by his sense of responsibility, has consistently sacrificed his own chances of happiness and success to save lives throughout his time as a hero. For another, their relationships with their mothers; Peter thinks the world of his Aunt May (she raised him, she counts as his mother), while Karla disdained and ultimately murdered her own mother so she wouldn't find out that she was a supervillain. A confrontation between them playing on those traits would be interesting, especially if he found out she was currently the head psychologist of Ravencroft.

Now that I look at it their lives are almost parallel to each other. Both were poor, were bullied and they both lost their father/father figure at a young age.
Wonder where she went wrong, probably the time she spent with the evil Dr.Faustus.
Though Peter got his powers by accident. Moonstone got her powers by killing the guy who had it first and taking the power. lol

Yeah would love to see Spider-man give her the old spiel "With great power, comes great responsibility.", If not only to hear Moonstone shoot it down. She'd probably say its the most BS thing shes ever heard in her entire life. lol
Also Norman Osborne, Manwolf, Hobgoblin (Kingsley) & King Pin are in Ravencroft. The whole thing is just waiting for Spider-man to drop by.

Indeed, and if the June solicits are anything to go by, it looks like he will be confronting Osborn and company at Ravencroft . . . as a patient.

Funny enough, wasn't the role of Christina the first time Tara Strong had anything to do with the Spider-Man mythos?
